- Garou the Hero Slayer, one of the most popular villains this anime season and from the series One Punch Man. A Man who decided he wanted to be a monster rather than train to defeat them and with his muscles he is more that reality to be true. Since We've already trained like Saitama in the past to be a superhero lets train now to be a super villain!
FULL TRAINING PROGRAM:
Day 1 Push/Pull Day!
Bench Press 4 x 8-12 reps supersetted with 4 x 30 sec of Clap Pushups
Rows 4 x 8-12 reps supersetted with 4 x 30 Bodyweight Rows
Pullups-4 x 8-12 reps supersetted with 4 x 30 seconds of Cobras
Ball Slams 4 sets of 30 seconds (use basketball if you dont have weighted)
Ball Throws 3 sets of 30 seconds
Day 2, 4, 6
Shadowboxing, Bag Work, Sparring
Day 3
Squats 3 x 12-15 reps supersetted with 30 seconds of Hindu Squats
Dumbbell Lunges 3 x 12 reps each side supersetted with Body Lunges for 30 seconds
Double Crunches 30 seconds alternating with 30 seconds of Mountain climbers (repeat this circuit 5 times no rest)
Day 5
Fullbody routine (lighten the weights and do all the exercises from Day 1 and 3 for a fullbody workout)

Right?! He looks so wide but still athletic. Even Silver Fang is like this, only shorter. Flowing Water Smashing Rock must have the best training regimen to develop and maintain that body type.

In the webcomic (rescue/garou arc)he gets so mad at himself for being useless that he shoots a massive spirit gun type attack that matches the amount of strength that everyone says he has. Idk how it'll turn out in the official manga though since this whole arc is going differently than it did in the web comic

Ive been waiting for this one for a year and a half. While i was never really a fan of how freaky the characters in Baki looked, Garou always had a physique i thought looked crazy, and his back was one of the reasons ive been putting so much work into mine over the course of the last 2 years.
Love this, I've been looking for a program that seamlessly incorporates weights and calisthenics. The only thing I think this is missing are some shoulders presses or pike pushups. Great content please keep it up.

Been following this training ever since the video came out with some of my own stuff implemented, and boy has it gotten me results! Without it, I doubt I'd be working out anywhere near as hard if at all, and if I didn't start working out, I'd be WAY different from who I am now.
Keep up the great work, Jax. And sincerely, thanks a hell of a lot for this training regiment, it's one of the things that's helped me realize who I wanna be and how I wanna get there.

@@magikarp1666 Love how I didn't get notified about these replies, so I doubt this is gonna be useful to you at this point, but my results have been great. Still doing this one, and my entire body had had major improvements all-around, and I'm able to do a lot of stuff I wouldn't have been able to before, at least physically.
@@chrisovalles Nowadays, pretty much everything but the core exercises. The exercises are all the same, but I've spaced everything differently and added more days of different stuff, like making a specific arm/chest day and having a dedicated back day.
Sorry this is damn near a year late, I would've replied MUCH sooner if CZcams would've notified me.
