- For 2023, #triumph has updated its existing #streettriple R and RS, as well as introducing a limited edition #moto2 version, and we asked Adam 'Chad' Child to talk to Triumph's Chief Engineer, Stuart Wood, about all the juicy new details.

Got the Racing Yellow Moto2 on order. With just over $2000 in Triumph accessories plus Evo Tech tail tidy. The Triumph scrolling indicators and Anti Gravity lithium battery. Carbon heel guards. Due in Tucson in June!? I hope sooner. Never had a Street Triple before. I had a 2011 Speed Triple. Sold it. Now I have a 2022 1200RR 😉 oh I do gave the Daytona 765 Moto2 #340.
Im right there with ya. I cashed out on mine and i bought my 12yr old his first street triple 2023 carbon black new. Cashed out on that as well. No financing!
I have the ATZ-7 (antigravity). Not sure if it’s the correct one. Which one do you have.

i had a go on the 765 rs and was amazed at how quick it was, these look amazing. But one thing Please bring back NEON blue

My 2020 Street RS is coming up 3 years old and it’s easily the best bike I’ve ever owned (it’s my 3rd Street Triple). Normally I’d be signing up for one of the new ones immediately but I’ve done that before and didn’t enjoy the new bike as much as the one I sold (this happened going from a 2010 Street to a 2015 Street R) and I’m ready for a break from monthly payments for a while so I’m going to keep the one I have. If you’re in any doubt, go for a test ride. I hope Triumph sell lots and lots and lots of them
My concerns are about the electronic package it’s becoming a bit too much

The ABS is Continental or Bosch???
So there’s no mechanical or performance difference between the RS and Moto 2? Just the limited edition and the color?
Can anyone clarify in track mode if ABS can be fully turned off or just the cornering ABS part of it?
Euro 5 does not allow for abs to be cut off. If triumph does like ducati then rear wheel abs will be turned off but the front remains on.

What about when the chain needs adjusting? They're talking just mm's of difference in wheel base. Chain adjustment will increase the wheel base surely?

Hi John, please help me. I realise this isn’t about the street triple! I want to buy an abba skylift. I asked Abba for a discount, Benny and Bjorn said “no”. I read that Abba discount at the NEC bike show. I’m pretty busy during that period and don’t really want to go. However, if the discount they give, is significantly over the expense of attending, then I might pop over. Do you know what the approximate discounts they’ve done in the past are? Given the state of the economy, I’m surprised they gambled with my custom. However, there are plenty in their little bubbles right now! Thanks in advance.
i assume the R version would be the lightest with the wheels being smaller and has less PS. But nope its 2kg heavier, not touching the R version.
I'm not sure the RS is worth £2k more than the R?

Great looking bikes, colourful makes a good change ,why do Triumph keep chucking out bikes it seems as quick as the release a new bike then another follows, Too much choice for me

Disappointing you can’t have colour choice across all models and cruise control would have been nice
These new geometries may not necessarily be a good thing old gen were just perfect
Lots of ride height and seat height mentioned etc. Standard adjustment on any bike. Drop the forks in the triple tree. Faster steering. You can shorten the wheelbase on most standard bikes with standard equipment. I hear lots of ya ya ya. Trying to blind the less mechanically minded buyer. Over all same bike for all three machine. Keeps saying all in the set up. 😂so figure it out. Best Buy the colour that suits you. I’ll have the red one please.
I hear ya regarding ride height and steering angle (didn't know wheelbase could be easily changed), but the RS and Moto 2 do have more horsepower, so there's that.
Are you expecting a rocket ship or something? A lot more than that has changed
I still prefer the original one, plus you can pick them up for a lot less money.

Not enough choice in the colors
The Street 765 is a great bike. I had one 675 and I loved it. But, Triumph, the Street Triple Moto2 is a no sense bike. I don't understand why you putted the handle bar on a naked bike. Why you don't produce a Daytona 765? This is the only correct bike for handle bar.
There's still plenty of Daytona 765 Moto2's left!
@@NicePantsLance I mean a real new Daytona 765. The limited edition was a Daytona 2013 with the new engine.
