- Hey, y'all! I'm so excited to share this new venture of mine.
I promised myself that I would do all the things I've been meaning to do after I graduated college... and one of those things is ACTING!
Being in the modeling industry for so long, I never thought to explore other creative outlets that dealt with performing arts. I never even took theatre in high school... so this was definitely something out of my comfort zone!

I have no idea where to start, there's barely any classes in my area but I still want to do it.

This has been so reassuring and helpful! I'm also someone with multiple passions so it's great seeing someone who understands! Were the others in the class pretty chill? I wanna start classes but I'm so nervous :)
My classmates are awesome! It’s like having a small support group who encourage your career choice (if that makes sense). Everyone’s acting journey is different but it’s nice to have a class where there are others who have a similar interest as you. Try it out!!🙌🏽
I don’t know if you’re still into acting, as of now your video is a year old. If you still struggle with listening, this is what I do as someone who’s been doing improv for 4 years now. I focus on making the other person look good, because if you are actively trying to make them look good, you’ll have no choice but to listen and react. Everything will feel more natural that way too. I hope this isn’t totally unsolicited advice, if it is, you can ignore it. I wish you the best of luck!

@@jocelynmnguyen I definitely enjoyed watching this i'm in 9th grade now and i joined our middle school drama club in 7th but i didn't last school year which i regret i'm still trying to figure out what i wanna do acting is still on my list though probably gonna join the drama club for my 4 years of high school so if i still do wanna become an actor i have experience

Thank gosh you live in Houston. This gives me hope. I’ll do acting related stuff as a hobby and for fun. I’ve always wanted to do acting but my parents wanted me to be a doctor or work in the medical field. I’m not doing that anymore. I’m going into tech and wants to do acting/ or be a extra and write stories.
I was also brought up to become a doctor and go into the medical field but at a certain point you really only know what’s best for you and what you want. So go after it
