I just grabbed this combo from b&h photo for 900USD. I don't have the budget for FF yet, but this lens will hopefully be useful as long as im in the sony ecosystem and it was less than half the cost of any other lens below f3.

Thank you 😁! Well this sigma 56mm works only with aps-c camera, and sony version I can use as well on any sony full frame camera. Now I have upgraded to Sony a7 iii, so I use FE 50mm with no issues or crop 😃

@@epochmellifluous9810 In that scenario Sigma lens is way sharper and helps produce overall better quality. So if you planning to stick with aps-c then Sigma is way better option (though a bit more expensive), but I knew I will upgrade to FF eventually so I sticked with FE version.
