Hi Betty White. I found a solution that works for me to handle the condensation on a single wall tent. There’s something called a “Swedish dish cloth“. It’s basically a very thin sponge. It soaks up the water extremely well, is very light when it dries, you can easily squeeze out the water through the bug net. CZcams won’t let me paste in the link, but the Swedish dish cloth is easy to find in a search. I hope it helps
Enjoying your narrative of the Florida Trail. Even though it is flat, I do like what you are showing us. For someone who may consider doing this in the future for an ECT hike, this is good info. If you can, please give us an update on daily temperatures. Helps in possible gear selection. - Fullcount.
It’s been very wet December and January. The dry season had not got here yet. I have hiked all of that area and it was dry. The Ocean to Lake trail is under water. Hang in there.!
There's nothing worse than never being able to dry out... the entire AT was like that except for a couple nights... it's always damp and nothing dries. Idk how you do it
Who was that other youtuber you introduced. Cav's Hikes? I've tried multiple spellings and cant pull it up. It's all Cleveland Cavaliers. What's the actual spelling?
Another nice video. Still heading North thru the water .Hopefully you get good weather. Stay Safe and HIKE ON!!!
Great to see you hiking again. Followed you on the AT. Good luck on your endeavours in Florida.
Doing great, Noah, errr I mean Betty. Keep heading north!

I’ll get one of those. Thanks!
We ran into the same issue in Big Cypress. I bring a tarp and hang it over the tent. It’s a couple extra ounces but a dry night is worth it.
Sorry so much rain. Looks miserable 🤦♀️hoping for some sun ☀️ glad it's a real trail though.

Yeah, I was going to do a thru of the OTL in February... But there hasn't been a dry season this year. Gonna put that off til next year, I think
Remember when you said "I'll never do the Florida Trail", I think you were on to something!
Glad the scenery finally changed. I’m glad you found a decent campsite but I must admit it really sucked on the choices.
Hang in there .. we are rooting for you😀
Morning beer! Yes!!!!

You need a town day! I’ll stick with my double wall. (But I’m not thru-hiking)
Have you guys hit Deseret Ranch yet? Would love to provide trail magic!
Went through yesterday. Night hiked it. That would have been awesome!
