I decided to stop eating animal products 6 years ago after watching Dr Sebi and hearing the testimony of a colleague of mine who became vegan. It was quite easy for me despite the fact that I am the only one in my family on a plant based diet.

Self love is Anti Love because Love is inherently self sacrificial and relational. Self love is Narcissism. Every Culture is based off of another culture. All White people's cultures shifted greatly after being conquered by the Roman Empire. In Africa different tribe's have cultures that changed and mixed after conquering other tribes. What's going on in America is African American's culture now, whether you like it or not.
