Thanks to your setup I now have the same exact setup. The muffler shop I went to was impressed with the tips and x-pipe selection. They asked me how I decided on these parts and I showed them your video. They copied down the part numbers. I do have a question, do the Borlas settle down after awhile. Im adjusting to the change in sound and was told after awhile they tone gets more settled. .
They do break in a bit, but their designed to let all the noise out rather than give you drone. Driving in sport mode does make them sound alot cleaner when the 4 cylinder kicks in.
@@djdrlive8873 Just an update. I decided to change out my exhaust system. I found it a little too quiet for my liking and I found the drone pretty bad @ around 1400rpm. I have moved over to the new AWE Touring system for the 5.7 and it's just what I was looking for. Thanks again for your videos on the Borla Pro.
It is louder than stock. Being that the borla is a straight through muffler, the pipe is what changed the sound of it. Had I gone with straight pipes, it would have been even louder. That's not what I was going for at. This time.
Just bought the same xpipe and borla you have from amazon bro! Just couldnt find the tip you mentioned... i just want to get the right setup you have due to the deep tone and rumble like sound it produces. Ill keep on looking... im still replaying your clip lol im loving it!

Can you show how the mufflers are mounted in the back & how long the tips are? I see the mufflers in the pic & in the link. Just wanna make sure I need the center in, offset out. Thank you.
Hi, I am not sure how to add the Pic to reply, but the center part of the muffler is the inlet. If u wanted longer tips, the muffler shop shouldnt have an issue making the adjustment.

This sounds good. Not too loud and deep sound. Im getting a 2020 rt and was thinking about a borla s type but this aint a bad option either.

was there any other exhaust work needed? the suitcase muffler is pretty large. Did you need to add pipe to swap to x-pipe?
Yes, the shop added some extra piping they welded in to fill in the gaps

Hi, did you keep the stock resonators?
Absolutely not. Removed the mid muffler and replaced it with the Jones xpipe, the rear mufflers were replaced with the borla pro xs
