Been trying to make this build work for the last hour but that damn loop almost never pops for me. If I had any luck it would be a fun build. Counted one time, 6 full mags from the typewritter before the loop actually did it's job.
Literally doing more dps with my healer build with burden of the divine.
Doesn't seem the case in the video bruv, maybe you didn't use all the stuff correctly.
@ChaosGaming1111 had everything matched completely other than the armor, even changed the mutator to momentum which got it to roughly every 3 mags it would trigger.
Try Plasma Cutter with Momentum for Dev Loop.
I need the devor loop ring and Shane crystal ring. Where are they?

It's a single player build. Not hi damage low defense and relying to much on a 1% chance in a arena with 2 others killing enimes. Definitely not for online play

Use every single part of build the same, on the relic as well.
Annihilation is definitely my least favorite boss due to how he can stagger you and can do another attack and kills you. And when you dodge one attack, he does another one right as you come out of the first dodge and hits you, staggers you and attacks you again and you die. He’s definitely an unfair boss.
It's a dancing choreography my friend, once you learn the steps, everything gets better.
Try neutral dodging the first attack, let's you position easier for the second
Sounds like a skill issue. Jokes aside Annihilation is easily one of the best boss designs I have seen in so long. The attacks are all super telegraphed. Listen for the sound cues, you can dodge all her attacks with eyes closed if you listen to the sounds cues.
Every build that looks fun needs Devour Loop... like I can beat the game on Apocalypse. 😅

A decent healer can carry you through apoc fairly easy, just need maybe med armor and dps just makes it go faster. Requires zero skill. Pretty sure I got my relic healer build from either this channel or some British guy.

But at this point to run this build you have to already beaten the game on apc. Not worth it
