- In this elden ring video I'm testing if any of the strongest bosses in elden ring can survive the twin moon sisters from the shadow of the erdtree DLC
To test this I brought rennala and rellana together on the same field and upscaled all other bosses to NG+7

It works so well. Rennala can’t fight for long thanks to her low hp, but in this she never has to because Rellana is such a tanky and aggressive fighter. From the background Rennala can hit the enemy with endless chip damage and her beam that is almost a guaranteed stagger. Which in turn allows Rellana free hits, if she’s in her second phase those hits are so much worse for the enemy. If Rennala pulls off a moon both of their attacks do more damage as well. It’s a perfect combo of Carian Hacks!
@@arcanegaming3199 Rennala brought the firepower to the table a few times so they could win *TOGETHA~* when both of them couldn't have on their own. Pretty cool.

Rennala and Rellana They are the perfect representations of the Sovereign's Orb and the Sword: The orb is linked to the religion and belief of the people, in this case the carian believe in the power of the stars, Rennala and the defender of this faith is knowledge. The Sword is linked in the defense of the kingdom, the subjects and the defense of the king, and very well represented by Rellana. One focused on knowledge, the other on strength, I imagine what it would have been like if Rellana had stayed in Raya Lucaria

Ya NG+7 has to be dodge because the Scuda Tree Fragments. Gives you a 2.5x damage negation and damage increase. Malenia going from 34k to 53k health is less and they don’t have much damage increase not like the scuda fragments. Overall if you can’t reduce damage negation by 2.5x might as well increase health.

Fun fact: the black hair of Rellana was apparently a gift from Rennala. They get along quite well even when she departed to serve Mesmer.

Lore-wise she’s not very important but at the same time midra who has absolutely nothing to do with the main story gets a cut scene so I don’t know. I mean the dancing lion represents the hornsent so it gets one makes sense, and messmer is the face of this dlc and you really need cutscenes for your final bosses so radann also has one but midra… I guess midra needs a cutscene to transform to lord of the frenzied flame.
I would have preferred an intro cutscene when you first enter the arena like most other bosses so the phase 2 transition is more seamless.

Maliketh could have won, if he went for Rennala first, pretty sure in an alternate attempt it would be a win for him.
Maliketh literally always loses against anything that attacks more than once per five seconds and deals poise damage, especially ganks. He just gets perpetually instantly stunlocked, stays down for fifteen seconds at a time while taking increased damage, and then misses his next five attacks because whatever is mashing away at him is standing near his legs where he can't hit them. He needs a gigantic buff. Huge aggression and speed increase, triple health, double poise, and a big hitboxes increase too. Then he'll be slightly competitive against anything other than giant slow useless enemies.
@@TheStraightestWhitest Dude in a 1v1 Maliketh can beat even the thoughest bosses in the dlc, destined death its just op needless to say he always fights without his first phase, he is so op that even though his ridiculous dmg was balanced with mid hp he can defeat the strongest bosses in the game, if he had more hp he would pretty much always win, destined death is just the best source of dmg in the game.

@@TheStraightestWhitest and HP. His HP is ridiculously low, they nerfed him for no reason.
@@patrick22014 His health is 2k more than Godrick, and since only his second phase is any good, it basically means he's got half Godrick's health and less poise too. And Godrick is usually fought with a +2 weapon.
I really don't get why they made Maliketh so weak. Miyazaki listed him as a top 3 personal favorite boss (Radahn, Rykard, Maliketh), he was personally involved with his creation and Jonathan Keeble's audition for the role, they made him easily one of the most OP and plot significant badasses in the lore even now with the DLC released, and they gave him an incredibly stellar moveset and soundtrack. All that effort to beautifully craft a total masterpiece, only to then axe the entire thing by giving him early game enemy poise and health, making him extremely passive and slow, making 80% of his attacks miss by just jogging towards him, and not giving him any ability to deal with these weaknesses. He fights like a giant tank, but with the health and poise of a quick and agile fighter. Hell not even. Malenia is a quick and agile fighter, and she's got more than triple his health and infinite poise.

@@TheStraightestWhitest Yeah, I agree. I killed him after just a few tries, and I was surprised because I saw videos of him before and he was beating pretty much every boss. I thought he would be one of the toughest, but having a strength build with the Greatsword he was done after a few strong hits. He should have had two health bars at least or as much health as any other close to end game boss.

I think you should start including the DLC's big hitters in these videos now, especially when DLC bosses are mixed with base game ones like this. I'm curious to see if Rellana + Rennala would beat Messmer for example, or Bayle or Radahn.

always makes me so happy to watch Gideon get his shit pushed in by other NPCs. He's one of the bosses I struggled the most on on my own playthrough just because of his ability to spam spells, dodge roll, and heal

I am really interested if Melania can survive fighting against Consort Radahn. Melania out matches almost all bosses because she has really high damage output but she also has a healing factor that recover health rapidly with each strike. Add to this that she has a whole second health bar when she transitions and the fact that she literally has 4 phases to her attack (2 phases per transition).
Same scaling, malenia win 7 out of 10, which mainly depends on rot
the worst thing abt malenia is her infinite poise mechanic when she does 70% of her moveset. Without that she would be actually enjoyable
From what I've seen. On normal scaling malenia stands no chance and will normally die really quickly, same scaling malenia wins most times but really only due to the rot
She loses most of the time, the few channels that had them fighting had to buff Melania a lot to stand a chance again him.
It’s the same scaling out of 10 fights she wins 6-7 because of her scond phase
hey Bjorn, here's an advice
if the next is Putrescent knight, can you :
-add Sleep to his status effects (alongside frostbite so he has two status effects)
-make the amount of sleep status effect the same as frostbite status effect whenever he uses his flames
-add to his blue eyes color and flames the purple color also ?
-make the sleep animation duration takes 10 seconds to end for all bosses thus making them immobile (except Radahn, Morgott and Mohg keep it a stagger for lore reasons) ?
-give the Putrescent knight a 20% bonus damage to all his attacks during the sleep duration (so it will be accurate and not useless) ?
this is clearly a sleep related boss from his lore,his arena and his design yet for some reason Feetzaki decided it is only a frostbite related boss instead
since the game already have a lot of frostbite bosses and not asingle sleep boss, can you apply these changes so he deal two status effects at the same time (there's already a bosses that can do that like the death rite bird) ?
again since you didn't do it now then this stay as a reminder

My only complaint with Rellana is she will sometimes chain the same 2 combos together then another combo making her attack pattern 20-30 attacks. I ended dodging 22 attacks and ate a ton of attacks still after trying to let my stamina get back up but she did a double attack that FUCKED me because my stamina ran out and started getting smacked. Had her to 30% second try and after that she started spamming combo streaks like crazy even after a combo finisher she would immediately go into another combo while I’m trying to get my single hit in. After the 5th time game hitched hard and every now and again dodge didn’t work half the time regardless of attack landed or not. The mechanic bugged really seems to play RNG with dodging. Sometimes it doesn’t dodge even if you hit dodge before attack initiates or you dodge stand up then still take damage a second later. Using Twin Moonviels so that build is garbage against her (which I figured but found out it’s atrocious). My first play through I used a curved great sword so if I used that I would’ve melted Renalla second try and much earlier then my 35 deaths…just beat Bayle…almost perfect boss besides his entire body becoming a hit box when he does his bite attack. I used Mimic on him and I think it made the fight harder because my mimic only drew 3 attacks, caused me to get hit 4 times because Bayle targeted him and the tail swipe I dodge the first and got smacked by the second. His ground NUKE hit me when he targeted mimic and I knew how to dodge it. But perfect boss then Death knight was just cool. Fun to dodge and fight. Healing is cool. Trying to figure out the pearlescent finger arena bell thing.
Imagine these two together as a dlc boss fight 😳

Ok, was expecting Rellana to hard carry, but Rennala pulled her weight rather well for such a glass cannon, and even managed to surprise me with some of the wins she pulled off after her sister died

Reindeer, as a sorceress, has enormous DPS, she simply needs someone to protect her in close range and so she can cast undisturbed sorcery scaled to Ng+7 and also hits like a truc

Not willing to look into potential spoilers on the movesets of bosses already used, like Rugalea and Gaius. Like their names and model, A-ok, actual moveset though? First impressions before actually watching it.
Could there be a "Frenzied Lords" fight, where its Vyke and the Frenzied Lord vs everyone else?
IMO there should’ve been a feature where Rellana remarks on you having the darkmoon greatsword if you fight he with it. Even something like her being excited to see the might of who her cute niece chose as the next prince of Caria.
You know their threat level be different depending on their enemy focusing on only on of them
