    Come to think of it... it does sounds more responsible to think 'power first' when it comes to any A.I. endeavours these days. We wouldn't want people to perceive that humans become extinct due to A.I. advancement like being fictionally portrayed by so many movies these days (used to be that Life imitating Art, and now Life might tend to imitate Fiction).
    Kudos for bravely recognising these afterthought facts associated with A.I. advancement, and be courageous enough to take the lead in re-architecture the power processors form factor by thinking 'power first' approach in its semiconductor design.
