That's a high quality build. Very nice. I wish there was more green space outside.
Oh wow I love the finishing.. and the price point is great too considering what the other developers in the area are asking for. This is an amazing product.
These are beautifully finished houses. I love the windows.
I like the way you are showing the properties.💫.
You are so unique, classy and beautiful. Love your contents
Thanks for showing this property Amoaa
Congrats to the homeowner! Beautiful space!
Woow looking so beautiful and amazing...I love them
This building is wicked 💯❤️💯❤️ love it
I must say, your videos are wholesome
beautiful waaaw 👏👏👏👏💖💖
It’s her excitement about the bathrooms for me😂😂😂
😂😂
This is house is nice, but your outstanding beauty brings out the beauty of this amazing property. i think you should start selling these properties, because your presentation is very good. Thanks!
OMG that is so lovely. I could just move in now lol
Thanks for your good work.
Why is it that ghana does not make room for backyards? Great video Ama!
Nice simple and neat.das some good size windows fo natuRal 🌞🌝😎 Ghana 🇬🇭 .yeah💯
There is one thing I don't understand and I need explanation.
Why are all the houses very expensive and no plans for a typical ordinary Ghanaian to aquire any of these houses? In Every country, mostly, they call them affordable houses but in ghana, they are built only for the rich and foreigners. No plans for the poor. It's sad.
Hmmm I think about this all the time
And you're expected to pay for the house in full straight away. I don't think foreigners can afford it, they have 30 year mortgages back home
Amen!
The pricing is just the same as in foreign countries and sometimes even cost more
The profit margin is way too big
Africans in general are focus on money and how to become rich over night. Poor people is not an option for them!
Nice One
I like how you were considerate of her privacy in the kitchen. Thanks for sharing🙏 $200k is a bit on the expensive side for the average home buyer in Ghana.
Hahaha there's no such thing as average in Ghana
early here
won’t miss
Houses are designed nicely but the streets are just a minus..plus there should be more vegetation.
Thank you for sharing this information on these beautiful houses and giving the likes of me in the diaspora of property investment ideas. I have seen some of your other videos, and would like to congratulate you on your contents. Keep up the good work, and remain blessed. I am looking forward to my visit to Ghana this week.
Nice🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤
Wow a Ghana property with decent finish. We thank god. It’s too expensive.
Lovely House, I am looking to come to Ghana next year August by God grace. I am looking for an affordable property to get.
WHERE IS THE GRASS🤣
I love the design. Very nice but is it affordable?
I would love to live in the 4 bed home. Do you know where they sourced their bathroom tiles from? I need some for my bathroom.
Why is it Ghanaians don't plant green grass , plants and flowers to keep their evironment green and beautiful ? It's about time for us to be able to do that than living in this dusty environment. The value of the house shouldn't be the inside job only .
Due to the tropical weather planting so many "greens" in your house will only breed snakes , scorpions etc. You don't wanna be sitting in your living room and then suddenly a fully grown cobra emerges from your flowers. Trust me u can't win against these creatures. Hence why most people don't even bother to plant anything
Good point I've also noticed this. However growing fruits and veggies is more important than green grass. And both is even better.
All they see is diaspora $$ and the palm of the hands get itchy
Quick question, what is the cost for the services provided (security, swimming pool...)?
Good presentation, as usual. The bedrooms, wardrobes and owner's bathroom are narrow. No walk in closet in the Owner's bedroom. Kitchen not wide enough. For $250k I will expect more than what this house offers. I wish you'd walked around the house.
Is it freehold or leasehold? If is leasehold how many years and also how much is the yearly rate please.
What is the height from the floor to the ceiling.
East Legon Hills looks a little rough now but that's the best time to buy... It'll be built up and unaffordable in a few years time
Can you give more info please thnx
The stairs in front of the doorway strange?
Are you guys real estate agents.. I'm not in Ghana but want to move there. How does an international person purchase a home in Ghana?
😍😍😍
The compound of the property is a bit overlooked.... planning authorities will have to look into property plans etc but the finishing is super. Kindly fix the communal roads... not appetising..overall I am impressed with the plans etc
❤️
Hello there, Please can you help me to get a five bedroom detached house if it's possible for you to do so. Cheers

First here
Sent you an email. Did you get it? It’s concerning building a shipping container house
How much they going for?
Looks very commercial. Great for clinic or office space. Wonder if it could be moved or built in a commercial area? Great basic showing👍🏾
Finally houses with no 'welcome to jail vibe'. Those prison bars in other videos really cheapen the aesthetics of the houses.
Unfortunately it's the only way to secure your home otherwise you expose yourself to the thieves and robbers. Sad but true.
Please I need ur help , how can I get in touch plz
Just to clarify the payment plan you said 20% spread over 5months? Or do you mean 20% deposit and then complete payment over 5months
The entire amount in full over 5 months
Nice! How far from the airport and is there a monthly maintenance (HOA) fee?
It's about 15 km away from the airport. 32 to 50 minutes away, depending on the traffic situation. It isn't finalised yet but it's estimated at about $150 to cover all external services, pool, gym, security, cleaning etc.
Does these houses comes with the land as well? Heard some of the gated community/estate houses doesn't come with the land, meaning you basically own just the house for a period of years but the land itself is someone else's property.
@@akuaanimah6863 Best thing to do is get your own land and you can build this same house for about $70k and own everything instead of paying extortionate price over $200k
@@BuildwithAmoaa Not bad! Thanks for response!
Beautiful units but How do you price these units with such red bad roads..
Location?
Can i have your member please
🇬🇭👍👍👍🥰🥰🥰
Can I get your iG I have some questions to asked
Finally, I can breath. I’ve always hated houses with ugly burglar proofs.
Or the roads done finished, having a nice house 🏠 with the road is measly is not good
Its in a developing area. You can see alot of homes still in construction.
👁👁👁👁
Ghana’s economy is crashing before our eyes. No smart investor is buying these a this price.
looking through the sky view ghana has no architectural design whatsoever just a bunch of houses with dirt roads
Ghanaians with concrete 🙄🙄😬😬😬😬
Ghanaian interior decor people are now overusing white. White Wall, white door, white kitchen cabinet, white tile.white everything. Zero imagination.
It's lazy, try watching some Philippines design on CZcams and see the difference
Thats probably to allow natural light. These homes are also created for you to add your own spin to the home. Use your own imagination
@@ghsense2626 its not lazy its smart
Please build your own home, don't buy these overpriced houses!
