½ cup sugar
3 tablespoons white gulaman powder (unsweetened)

I used to make this many times when i was younger. I used Knox clear gelatin and Royal colored gelatin.

Thanks chef for the recipe! Good thing Knoxx gelatin powder is available na sa grocery store gaya ng SaveMore. For me, makukuha yung same texture ng cathedral window ng Goldilocks pag Knoxx gelatin at Sprite (as flavor) ang ginamit.

Maybe try to add more gulaman powder to make it firmer. The firmness of the gulaman also depends on the brand of gulaman that you will use.

Hahahaha. Gelatine (english). Gulaman (Tagalog). Hahahaha... Same pareho lang. hehe. Natawa naman ako Chef Tatung sayo eh.
Gelatine is Animal derived protien while gulaman is plant derived carbohydrate made from seaweed. Thats the difference. Gelatine dissolves in hot water but gulaman needs boiling water . And u cannot remelt gulaman unlike gelatin which melts again when heated
