if 100 is ink, pretty much 0-97 all possible with charcoal (around there)

Good knowledge. I was not aware that drawing ability means there’s painting ability. I’ve never tried painting but I’m just starting out in art as a hobby. I can draw quite well, copying a reference comes quite easy so I’m happy to now try painting.

sure, if the medium is soft (soft charcoal) paper matters less and less. size is up to you. i just chose a size good for filming.
