" Bramley-Moore Dock Stadium is a proposed football stadium for Everton F.C. on Bramley-Moore Dock in Vauxhall, Liverpool, England. The stadium is due to open for the start of the 2024-25 Premier League season, replacing Goodison Park.
Bramley-Moore Dock is within the Liverpool Maritime Mercantile City World Heritage Site and the planned Liverpool Waters. The dock has number of heritage assets in disrepair including the Grade II listed hydraulic tower, dock retaining walls and gate towers. As part of the Everton's £505m stadium plans the club plans to invest £55m in to preserving the heritage assets of Bramley-Moore Dock.

@Jamis Billson well, while I agree with most of what you’ve written especially on how the media have destroyed the greatest cup competition on earth. But while Town was isn’t a big club, they’ve been looking for a new ground since 1950s. Oh well, can’t stand in the way of progress

Outstanding, sensational, beautiful etcetera. In Italy, a square stadium with terrace we call it "Stadio all'inglese" This is NOT an English type stadium, Is an American Football stadium. Otherwise, in England, you don't save any old Terrace Stadium. Goodison seems to me the last one. Is a pity for the Colture and the architecture history....

Watching Everton at Goodison Park from the back of the lower tier in the away section on a wooden seat was like watching a football match from the back of your garage. Hopefully the new ground will have plenty of character but with comfort and excellent views of the pitch.

Looks amazing it's time to move to from the old stadium. You can imagine game day all the restaurant's bars fanzone on a nice warm day the infrastructure of the transport system coming in and out the city train line and stations right outside bringing fans in certainly lots of thought gone in to it . Can't wait the passing ships getting a amazing view on game day .

Goodison is a once groundbreaking stadium that unfortunately just isn’t fit for purpose anymore for home, or away fans. When you see some of the new modern stadiums, particularly Spurs’ amazing ground, it highlights how far behind the Old Lady is. Be sad to see her go, but this stadium design fills me with excitement about better days ahead.
It's an amazing take on it, but the interior does not match what is actually being built.

Yes, the official Lang O'Rourke virtual video shows the corporate boxes both sides of the stadium, and a lot more detailed than this one.
This will be one of the best stadiums for the championship really cool too see the championship having this stadium

The location on the docks could be quite nice and there's good potential for investment in the area for night clubs and restaurants etc. What about mass transit -- how are the fans going to get there and back?

Pretty odd of the creators not to include the view of the downtown area and skyline you will be able to view from the top tiers, which was such a major part of the design sell.

@@geoffsimms3013 I dont know much about the finances really Geoff. I understand that a lot of surveying type work is or has been taking place but no actual spades in the ground as yet.
Look stunning. Read some report it will be about 50K capacity, isn't that a bit too small in today's standard? The design doesn't seem like there is any possibility for future expansion.
I believe it's 52K and yes, it does seem too small.
I've just learned that the stadium has been designed with the potential to be expanded to 62,000 if required.

Looks great but not what Everton are building - its 2 tier not 3.
Southend United who got relegated to the Vanarama National League from the EFL are planning to have a new stadium at Fossetts Way behind Waitrose supermarket. And is scheduled to be built within 4-5 years.
Shame Roots hall will have to go.... One of the nicest grounds I've ever visited.
