I totally agree. This is the first time I watched a 49 minute video on a car and found the presentation to be exceptionally well done.
They dont like talking about what happends to teslaes after warenty is over and how much just a battery cost like bruh 1 battery 20k and for a 2017 tesla thats worth 21k its apple tactic make it expensive so they just buy a new teela after like 2 to 5 years thats not very enviroment friendly if you ask me musk.

Based off my extensive testing, I have found that if you say "my ass is cold" it turns on both front heated seats and if you say "yeah my ass is cold" it seems to just turn on the drivers side. "My ass is freezing" works too, such intelligent cars :P

2:05 there is actually an emergency brake it is activated when you press and hold the park button while your foot is on the brake.
He pretty much covered everything, however, there is 1 thing I didn't see and just noticed this yesterday. The sensors on the car (bumper and rear sensors) are heated! I noticed the frost on it was gone in the morning while other parts had frost.
I saw in a video that also all the exterior cameras are heated if sentry mode is activated if necessary ( winter or smth)

Yup. I wonder what actually happens with and without that extra step. Is it applying the brakes on all 4 wheels vs just 2? Or is it applying the parking brake with more force? I've always been curious.

@@janschezant4747 It's engaging the parking brakes using a motor which takes a few seconds to complete. Do not do this while driving unless absolutely necessary since it will cause excessive wear to the mechanism

I can't believe I watched the entire video from beginning to end and I don't own a Tesla, not considering buying one and further, can't afford one. I think you did such a smash up job of presenting it, that I was literally glued to the screen. I did however take a brief 3 minute break for microwave popcorn. Maybe on the next one consider building in an intermission? Anyway, I loved the video, thought it was entertaining, informative and wanted you to know I appreciate the time, energy and your enthusiasm in making this video!
Add up how much gas you spend each month + your monthly car payment and compare that to the Tesla model 3 monthly payment... maybe you can afford it! Gas prices are never fixed and the Tesla payments are AND you get to ride in the carpool lanes! No registration smog checks needed! Run the numbers! People dont realize how much money they are paying for gas!

Wow, you really managed to go through the *complete* user manual (as far as I remember it). Great job!
Just 2 things I would like to comment:
1) You really should get a wallbox which can charge much faster than a normal outlet (it's also more efficient).
2) A lot of people highly recommend to change the "remaining energy" display from range to percent. The range display is not very accurate because it's calculated with a fixed mileage value. The real mileage depends on a lot of factors: how fast you're going, how often you enjoy the acceleration, temperature (battery needs to be heated in cold weather), rain, snow etc If you want a decent mileage calculation you should navigate to your destination, then go to energy/trip. There you'll see a graphical representation of SoC (state of charge) for the trip you're planning. This turns out to be quite exact. As soon as you start your trip, the numbers and the graphics will be adjusted according to your real mileage.

Despite the Model 3 having been out for more than a couple of years now, you're still able to expose every little detail and useful information that many other reviewers seem to have skimmed over. Like I haven't seen any other review mentioning that fix for when the touchscreen becomes unresponsive. Spectacular review Gene!

@Mary Ray After more than one week with the Model 3 Performance I can say that the quality is good so far (a rental car with more than 20.000 Kilometers), but the phantom brake processes over and over again is a no go. In this case I'm sad, but Tesla is out. At least as long as this issue is a huge one for me.

Deralius 3 in Germany it does. Haven’t had any issues anywhere else yet. I did see a service vehicle once in Croatia, though. He said he was out of Austria and maintaining the Superchargers.
We just bought a new 2020 Cadillac XT5, and I would only accept one with the spare tire included, and not the kit. IMO, when I'm on the road in the middle of nowhere, I don't want to wait by the side of the road for hours until someone comes to help me with my flat tire. I can change a tire in under 10 minutes and not ever get dirty doing it. I'll be done and on my way before I could call Tesla or anyone for help.

Yeah I'm 5'10"+ and I fit back there with quite a bit of extra room. Your feet just have to be in the trunk while your head is in the back seat area.

I’ve watched a few videos on Tesla, what they like Dont like about the car. But this video is by far the most informative. From beginning to end it’s just knowledge, I’ve been driving Mercedes for 26 years and I think it’s time for a change. There’s nothing about Tesla besides the spear tires I don’t understand. The car just makes sense.
