Up And Coming Serial Killers

Detectives can be commended for investigating and arresting serial killers, but in some cases, communities were being dismally failed by the system and innocent people were brutally killed. These deaths could have been prevented, had the killers not been considered too young!

Thanks for covering JAC Nel. As mentioned in my comment on your previous video I served in the army with him and remember his earlier Postmasburg murders being well covered by TV news but didn't recall the same level of coverage of his later murders so wasn't as aware of the details on those.
