In episode 7 of Red Chair Chats, Chancellor Randy Woodson is joined by Laurie Henes, head coach of women’s cross country and men’s and women’s track and field. As a student-athlete, she won two ACC championships in cross country and an NCAA championship in track and field for the Wolfpack. Now, she’s one of the winningest coaches in NC State history, with eight championships with women’s cross country and back-to-back NCAA team titles. Chancellor Woodson visited Coach Henes in her home to discuss her success at NC State.

I'm a KT fan and so glad she picked NC state, I don't think she was 100% at the XC championships this year but she showed she's more about team than individual for sure.
