I saw a woman try to walk out of Walmart with a full cart the other day. She had a long receipt in her hand but you can tell it was old. She was screaming that she had the receipt and she paid for everything. In the end she left the cart and walked out lol

Once the items are paid for there is no legal requirement to prove ownership of property you own. Some stores may have POLICIES, which are private rules and not enforcable under the law.
Several major civil settlement cases have occurred due to employees of a business preventing the free movement (unlawful detainment) of customers attempting to leave and refusing to show proof of purchase.
It has been widely upheld that a person is under zero obligation to prove ownership (innocence) and it is the store that must first establish that you are in the process of theft before a person can be detained by staff.
In one case a customer was moved by security with force 100 feet to a managers office, before he was released. It was later determined that a felony Kidnapping had occurred, absent a crime, and both security guards later plead guilty to the charges.
@@johnnysunday402 The employee could have been charged with Forcible Confinement in Canada, and theft for the second he grabbed the cart. You can't use force to enforce a store policy, in this case force could be used to remove someone not following a policy (but considering the guy was leaving away...) along with banning them from the property. Membership stores (Costco) can revoke membership for failing to follow policies. Walmart needs to ensure employees are trained in the law before they are allowed (or required) to enforce policies.

Why didn't the Walmart employees call the police about the guy acreaming and destroying property.
With no other car in sight, I pulled into a parking space and went into a restaurant to pick up my food. This Karen followed me into the restaurant screaming, just because you drive a Lamborghini doesn’t mean you own the world, and that she was going to fix it so I never be rude again. She was angry that I got the very first spot, so I offered to give her the spot, or pay so she can park in the valet and she started shaking and crying. She didn’t want the space, but she didn’t want me to have the very first space. Craziness; but the truth is people have mental illness and sometimes we get to see a glimpse at what every second of the day is like for them.

Walmart has never cared for its employees and you can read tons of cases where that is proved. Like most rich people in America, caring doesn't make money.
I've never seen a walmart employee do this any state I've lived, I don't think this is walmart this is definitely just some guy thinking he's a hero saving walmart some pennies.. they don't even stop actual shoplifters before they leave the store because you're not going to be convicted of shoplifting until you get through the doors. I've seen so many shoplifters carts full of electronics with the alarms blaring walk straight out no issues. Sometimes they catch on and have the police waiting out front to grab them, but most the time they get away with it, funny part is they come back and do it again, and again, and the store instead waits and gets them for a felony once they have stolen enough product.

ADA requires business owners to allow service animals into their establishment. Any private business providing public accommodations (in this case, a restaurant). If they don’t, it’s discrimination against a disabled american.

FYI... Walmart does a have a policy that they can ask to check your receipt, but they can not stop you from leaving the store. I go to the same store multiple times a week and I got tired of having my receipt checked regularly so now I just say "no thank you" and continue walking

Unlike America, we don't have a defined black community in Italy, so it's very easy for the racists to be EXTREMELY racist and get away with it. My mother, who had a degree in Nursing (from Nigerian) was denied a job, some even telling her it was because they don't hire people like her. So she went around looking to clean people's houses.
I moved to England age 10 with the help of a church, grew up and realised, maybe some people are just scared of whatever isn't familiar, still racism and called the n word sometimes, but nothing worse than Italy. I don't go around yelling "racism". In fact, I don't even think people understand the term 🤦🏾♂️.
In a country of 330 million people, we don't even see three thousand videos like this a day - and even if there were three thousand 'Karens' causing trouble everyday, that would only be 0.0009% of the population. These are isolated examples of bad behavior and not an indictment of an 'entitled' culture as a whole. Don't let social media create a false narrative or make judgements on all of society.

The mother could possibly be suffering from dementia, which does sometimes cause these outbursts. The worse the dementia gets, the more violent these outbursts can get as well.

All of these are Karens but the lady asking to not have an animal in her restaurant sounds pretty fair; seeing as Restaurants have standards to serve food safely.
Under the ADA-act every privately owned business that serves the public can not deny a service animal within their premises unless the animal is clearly unhealthy or dirty, or the business is located on Native American Lands wich do not fall under the ADA and therefore are not obliged to let a service animal in.

Love watching these with one exception. The elderly “Karen’s” more often seem to be showing all the signs of Alzheimer’s/Dementia than true “Karen” behavior. That was a woman trying to buy groceries with food stamps, she wasn’t trying to sue them because she didn’t pay. The system sometimes is difficult to process and she thought she had $200 in food stamps when she did not. The other grocery store she mentions is Key Foods. That was just a sad situation, not really a Karen. People on food stamps need help, not ridicule

I have literally had this happen to me before. I made the reservation, it was paid out of my bank account(from my debit card), but somehow it did not show up on their end. Thankfully I had proof on my phone, and my confirmation number!
the guy getting his cat stolen is beyond depressing. A pet is so much more valuable than any sort of possession or money, that’s someones best-friend. You can hear the pain in his voice while he’s begging them to just give him his cat, he even offered his whole backpack which most likely had a ton of personal possessions and money for his pet. And they still didn’t even stop to give him his damn cat back, people are so fucking disgusting I really despise humanity, I hope that poor guy got his car and cat back..

You may be right about the removal of the dog - but restaurants aren't public property. If her right to remove the dog isn't there - she should be allowed to ask the customer to leave. Bad service? Yes. But I'm pretty sure you're allowed to refuse service to anyone for any reason - on the same premise I'm allowed to tell anyone to get out of my house. Private restaurant = their rules.

It's 2023 - every restaurant, cafe, coffee shop owner should know that a service dog can be anywhere the owner/handler is allowed to be. The owner at 11:24 should face serious consequences for thinking she can ban a service dog because she doesn't like it or feel like it that day.
I think you should face serious consequences for enabling people who wanna do what the fuck they want to do. Totally understand service dogs they don’t bother me but I don’t really like how everyone is supposed to be forced into allowing dogs into their restaurant.

A service dog is the equivalent of a wheelchair or a cane for the blind. Without the dog, the person either could not function or would be in danger of serious injury or death. If a restaurant owner doesn’t want to adhere to the ADA or civil rights laws, they shouldn’t own a restaurant.
