The saying became warped over time to just “The customer is always right” and made people think the customer gets whatever they want, even though that’s never what the saying was meant to be.
Kinda sad how a misinterpreted saying has caused people to become entitled and think they can treat employees like trash.

Words to live by. I've seen several of these videos of people freaking out about wait times due to online orders. There is no point in freaking out on the staff as they are doing what they are told, but it is really annoying to show up to a fast food place and have it take 20+ minutes because of online orders. I think your order should take precedence if you actually showed up and saved them cost on delivery fees but I get that it's a rock and a hard place for the restaurants. I just stopped going to those places, nothing else to do as a consumer.
Exactly… they need to have a system set up where some making the online orders and some for the customers that are there. I went to moes and waited for 45 minutes cause of this same exact situation! It’s ridiculous! They also made it seem like the only orders were more important than mine! That’s wrong!

What I take from this videos is there are a lot of people out there with mental health issues. From anger management to outright delusional behaviour... sad society we live in.
The sad truth is just a few years ago, these mentally disturbed people would have been receiving treatment in a psychatric hospital. But to save money 💵 the government closed them all down. Including in my country. Now they are out there 🚶 walking the streets- Be afraid 😨, very afraid!..

Managed a BK and know what shes trying to say. Example: I want a Whopper Meal with a Coke, A Cheeseburger Meal with a Coke, and 2 Kids Meals. Oh and on that Whopper I want... oh and on that Cheeseburger I want... Not agreeing with MGR here at all but would like see the whole encounter. When I worked there food had to be paid for and out the window in 25 seconds, start of order at Speaker to Car gone, under 2min 30sec. There was a computer, sensor and timer and this was 35+ yrs ago. Average Times worked for or against us on evals, raises and Bonuses. Again not agreeing with this encounter at all, though referring to other Videos even back in 80's Pre-Karen the Customer was not always right

The fishing pole lady actually has a legal case of false advertisement. The pricing error has to be eaten by the store. She has every right to purchase the poles at that price. The manager was too weak and untrained to handle the situation. If I were cooperate I would have fired Coach and the dizzy manager and I would have reprimanded the other employees were standing around watching. The customer was right in this case. The cop was just doing his job.
