As this is a modded walk-through, you will find the previously destroyed city of Winterhold has been rebuilt into a cozy town, and a perfect refuge from the constant heavy wind and snow of Skyrim's northern reaches. You will make it there just in time for nightfall where you'll be able to see the spectacular northern lights!

This remaster and modlist is designed to enhance the vanilla Skyrim experience while maintaining the look, feel, and aesthetic of the original game. The only real departure from vanilla is the addition of the Great Whiterun Forest, which transforms the tundra outside Whiterun into a dense and expansive forest. The ENB can be changed to suit a darker, colder, or more fantasy-like experience, but I feel that Silent Horizons largely maintains the feel of vanilla Skyrim.

@@HollywoodMagic would you mind sharing who you are? I.e., how and why did you start making these vids? Are you a graphic artist or something? The arts as a career don't pay well but I found it interesting that among the arts careers, graphic arts paid the most of them all, so if that's you then congratulations you get to have your cake and eat it too in a sense.
Well I had originally intended to just do an ultra-modded playthrough of Skyrim which I had never done before. I spent a lot of time, effort, and research into getting the game looking and playing just like I wanted to. When I started exploring in the game I just thought "this is too beautiful and atmospheric to not share with other people" - so I started making the videos. I thought it would be the perfect format to show how great the game looked.
As to your second question - I have no experience as a graphic artist or with doing any formal graphic design work.
You out did yourself with that glorious ending. My favorite part of the Skyrim walks is the sunset endings. This whole video is breathtaking. I never get tired of your Skyrim walks.🤩🤩😍
