I bought my 1967 Moke in Glasgow in 1967. Drove it there for a year, shipped it the States and drove across the Sates from New York to Los Angeles and used it there for six months. Shipped it to Ghana and used it there for two years before selling it for more than I paid for it. Wold love to have another one but will have to make do with the current Smart car.
Geez! This new Moke weighs 1,800 pounds? I suppose because they're patterned after the Australian Moke and have a number of added features -- big wheels, lockable compartments, etc. The original British Moke weighed 1,240 (and is an absolute kick to drive).
Love these but the seats look like plastic shovels and what I really think is weird is that these are used in generally hot areas and the black seats are weird.

Well the big question, is it available in left hand drive for the continent? Cost?
more than twice than what most people would pay.
I’m looking to buy, Mini MOKE, any help is welcome
Why new Mini is not starting manufacturing of old Austin Mini MOKE
Classless Germans.

So agree. Seems truly dumb.
Would have been better to go full electric with front and rear drive , now that would be interesting,,,
They have electric Moke's here in the US but they only go 40 miles on a single charge and "only 25 MPH".
