- I recently acquired the Sage Pizzaiolo pizza oven and couldn't wait to put it to the test. After a few trial pizzas using the wrong settings, I finally found success when I switched to the 'wood-fired' mode. The Neapolitan-style pizzas that emerged were simply delightful.

14 g dry yeast?
Hi!
Dry yeast is sold in 14 gram packages in Sweden so thats why I'm using it. 14 g is roughly 4 teaspoons and also equals one 50 gram package of fresh yeast.
