Yes, Burmese salads are quite unique, or rather different from its neighboring countries like Thai, Lao, Cambodia etc. The usage of "Si Chat" deep fried garlic bits in turmeric oil makes Burmese salads unique, except for Rakhine ethnic salads. Bro, it's called "Myinn Kwar Ywat" literally translates to "Horseshoes leaves" because the leaves look like horseshoes.
