Usually it's advisable not to touch the glass with your bare hands as your skin oils reduce the the bulb's lifespan. Probably won't make a huge difference in a turn signal bulb, but it's still probably worth mentioning :)
I'll save people a lot of frustration and in my case, swearing. When you want to or need to replace your front turn signal bulbs...turn the housing that is CLOSEST TO THE FRONT FENDER...one quarter turn counter clockwise and pull the housing out to access the bulb. Do not try for the housing that is further in simply because you believe that's where the light comes from. Huge mistake that I made. Hope this helps. Mine was a 2013 Chrysler 200 Limited.
It doesn’t fully help. There’s something thats holding it in even after turning it like you said. Ive had it with this pos car. Literally doing the most basic shit on it is a huge waste of time and head ache.
@@LORL007 I went to a drive through mechanic place and buddy couldn’t pull them out either. The housing ended up coming out but the bulb stayed in. Im going to try and stick something like a paper clip on the inside edge. Maybe i can pry it open that way and release that plastic thats holding it.
