what a great overview and the keep it super simple cookie graph was next level loved it. You really have got the fisker bull by the horn . Its like the movie with tom cruise , minority report , he takes a pre cog back to his xwifes home. The pre cog sees the future and terrifyingly screams out RUN , RUN . remember.

Who are the “backers?” The shares cost $0.04. There’s one company that will own all of Fisker’s assets. CVI Investments. Fisker borrowed $400M and then spectacularly defaulted on the loan several times. I have literally no opinion of Henrik Fisker. I just have opinions about the actions the company he runs has made. I hope that answers your questions. I assume you’re new to the channel, and if not, welcome back. But in case your are, I own no stocks. Literally nothing. I don’t buy, I don’t short. I make videos about Fisker.

This is exactly why I crack up whenever those guys over there on Stocktwits compare Fisker with Carvana the hopeful dreamers that have lost 99.9% of their money still have hope that the stock is gonna fly like a Carvana or a Tesla when an actual reality It’s really really over sister, but you can’t tell some of those guys on Stocktwits or they will just cry like a bunch of babies because they put their whole entire lives into stock

theres so many other stocks out there, like i got significantly richer playing large caps the past month instead of risking it on a hopeless pink slip. but no buddy, fisker is gonna rise up from the ashes and the stock will be above $1 soon! a $0.04 stock will be $1.00 soon! just like a how a $40 stock will be $1000 within a month!
It is amazing, even knowing how irrational most humans are, to see people buying Fisker stock still like it has any value. There is not even a story suggested that Fisker will return to production, and without production there cannot be any profits, and frankly there never was any possibility of profits even with production, so they are just left with the idea that some other company is going to pay billions of dollars to wipe out the Fisker Inc debt in return for a huge headache and toss some money to existing stockholders for no reason. Fisker Inc has effectively no assets, what is a company even buying? Why, when bankruptcy is 100% certain, pay way more for whatever there is to be sold than they would in bankruptcy auction? There just is no scenario where the Fisker stock has any value.
@ugaladigala well they just got buried under more ashes to rise out of. They declared BK ch 11 yesterday.
Magna owns the platform, so Fisker can’t even sell THAT!
There are additional complexities that will make it hard for Fisker that we haven’t even discovered yet.
Took me months to get plates at a regular out of state dealership. Also bought a car from carvana and it was seamless and definitely would do again. So YMMV.

I finally sat in the Ocean Sport in white just like yours. It was sitting in a used Subaru car lot. I felt so sad to see it there with all the potential it had. The center console squeaked when I put my elbow on it. And some plastics were kind of cheap. F*** Geeta.

HF keeping quiet and no updates on the four companies they are supposed to be talking to. Even now.
HF and GF reported to be in India now for talks. Nah, hiding and won't be back. Hence trying to lease or sell his 35m house in LA.
Note holders hopefully have a legal hold on that too now?

About 1 month and 1000 miles, I am pretty happy with my car, eapecially at the current prices.
My only complaint is the hefty insurance bill that EVs attract.
@vikasd.7139 hi mate, lots of people reporting alarm going off and unable to turn it off. Unable to unlock the car with people having to open the tailgate to scramble over the seats to get to the driver seat.

I have also heard that there are issues with 2.1. Not all EVs have high insurance. The Ocean has 500+ HP, no reliable place to get warranty work done, and no parts. How much would insurance on an ICE car with those circumstances be?

Great job Adam. No comparison at all between these companies. It just seems like Henrik was (is) in a fantasy land believing everything he made up and said. No positive exit plan. Sickening.

You could believe he was a naive dreamer, but he has gotten himself and been in this situation before. When we see how his played out, he seems to have had plan A (dreamer plan) and plan B (where we are now, get money out of the whole deal and leave it up to others to pick up the crumbs). Typical narcissist behaviour; make a complete mess out of things and expect praise for trying to fix it.

When you see PIK loans you know a company is in trouble. The principal compounds very fast and effectively dilutes equity and sub debt in an eventual bankruptcy. Carvana may have turned it around in time where Fisker just kept the facade going a bit longer.

I pre-ordered a Fisker Ocean on the week pre-orders went live. In 2022, Fisker sent me an email about how DEI was their highest priority, etc.
I canceled my pre-order immediately and bought a Tesla model 3

1. Lumin dealer in Sacramento told me Fisker is going to be purchased in the next couple of months. **heard it from a sales assistant. What does the dealerships know that we dont?
2. Fisker discounted all their cars except FOO, any idea why? Strange to me if their liquidating.

I have worked at a dealership. Part of the training is understanding the sale is more important than anything else. That’s a great question: how does a sales ASSISTANT that has no direct ties with Fisker (dealerships are a consignment shop) know the exact specific insider information you’re wanting to hear? The Jacksonville dealership told people Stellantis was going to acquire Fisker all through April. The Fisker Ocean Ones were built first, and are most likely to suffer from the early problems like the vents and software compatibility. Finally, Fisker paid Sean from Fiskerati money for advertising. It also seemed that he got early access to information. I have never received any compensation from Fisker for my content, or the placement of it. Finally, the most important thing to me is the truth. I have no hopes or aspirations, or expectations. Please don't call me a fan boy for saying this. I'll start off by saying I did not buy an Ocean but, WOW, was I tempted to. On the 4 test drives I took I was EXTREMELY impressed. Of course in those drives that did not give me enough time behind the wheel to see or have issues. I was impressed. The ONLY reasons I didn't buy, which are extremely substantial, are service, warranty, and parts. I've seen claims that there are 10 year supply of part, that some of these pop up dealers are servicing or going to be servicing, and I've heard claims that warranty money on sales of cars must be set aside. The key words here are "I have heard claims". I've seen no validation of any of this and Henrik has vanished. Even if some miracle happens how can they recover from this nightmare? And they won't. It's toast. And that's too bad because I honestly was impressed but not impressed enough to turn a blind eye to the HUGE issues that made me brake, and not the uncontrolled braking that the Ocean might do.

Henrik is exercising his fifth amendment right to remain silent. Between the time he was touting his 500-mile battery that charges in 5 minutes and the rushed release of his latest project, there have been a many high-profile cases of CEOs being locked up or fined for saying stuff that turned out to be untrue.

@@pyharpin He was a very reliable pipeline for publishing leaks that came from Henrik himself. I’ve seen photos that ended up on Fiskerati that were only taken hours earlier, and Henrik was the only one handling them.
He told me I needed to apologize. So I did. His website said right on it that Fisker sponsored content and ran ads.
As far as I can tell, people are making the comparison because Fisker have the same CRO and restructuring team as Cavana. I say this without having researched it, because as your video highlights, there are other differences. Also, I’m not necessarily convinced Cavana is a success story yet.
I bought my bread at Trader Joe’s. And a Michelin starred chef also bought the same bread at Trader Joe’s. I’m using the bread for school lunch for my son. The chef is making lunch for world leaders.

I’m pretty sure Fisker owes a considerable amount of money to ADESA in unpaid storage fees (at ~$100/day). My guess is that those vehicles will eventually be auctioned off by them just like they auction off repo’d cars from the same locations.
I also feel this way about it. Storage adds up.

I had the thought that maybe Carvana would buy Fisker as a “House Brand” to offer new vehicles within their own pipeline.
It’s a cool thought. But the timing is not very good for Carvana. And, considering they won’t even buy a used Ocean, I highly doubt it.
@@Aslash304 There actually are Oceans for sale on Carvana. They are overpriced but evidently they did buy a few actually 5 as of 6/15. And if you can believe it one is on hold and one is being purchased. Not sure why anyone is paying $32-33k for these. Maybe because they can try them for 7 days and return for a full refund? I'm sure, within 7 days, something will go wrong. In fact, looking at the pictures, none of the rear doggie windows are down. Recalibration issue that one of those, no longer existing Fisker techs will have to fix.
