Thank you for your channel! Very detailed explanation, I really like to watch your videos and learn from them, because I have no school in the city of table tennis, I have to learn from the video!
Good variation in the serve. Thanks for explaining
Excellent way of detailing your options for this serve. Thanks.
Great video Sherwin, will be practicing this weekend
QUALITY SERVE! love this!
A truly very informative and easy to understand video! I love this! Will be using this as one of my serves. Really deceptive! Thanks Caoach Sherwin! More power! Mabuhay!
Very good serve! Thanks
Thanks for the instructions! I liked this!
Thanks, very useful. I think this is the most complicated serving style
Nice... Will try these
Thank u for making it understand so easily
Great video!
Ang galing ng tutorial mo sir… i will try to practice this serve😎🏓
Well said..good demo
Nice video. Will give it a try.
thank's very much.....I must practice everyday
What Sherwin descibed is Pär Gerell's service (usually with a high toss). Now I understand why it is one of the most difficult among pro-players
It is. 🏓
Gerell's service is a little bit different, though. I learn the hook serve from Par Gerell's masterclass.
@@mintran do you find it's worth to pay for that hook serve masterclass Min? (As this video tutorial is quite good for my level)
@@cafephin2024 short answer: yes. I knew hook serve before taking Gerell's masterclass but my serve wasn't really deceptive. His masterclass really brings my serve to a whole new level. My opponents often call me "nasty server" since I got the hook serve under my belt 🏓🏓🏓It's extremely effective.
Gr8 video. Wil try it out.
Im waiting for your another tutorial..thank u
Hi Sherwin, great video. I have lots of serves similar to this one but for some reason having been using them for a while I still can't use subtle deception without exaggerating my movement. Any advice on how I can improve this
I like the instruction in your video. Do you also have video for serves during Doubles games?
nice Aga..very informative
Hakhak
Fair response... I should have clarified that I have seen him do it live in events standing directly behind his opponent and ball was not hidden. I dont know him personally so I believe I was objective.
Amazing keep working
Thanks
Video quality, content improved.
Nice
Thanks
I appreciate
Sir...pls give demo in utter slow motion...so that we can learn what exactly take place in each type of stroke.
Slmat boss
Nice......., wants to see how the grip...
pa-shout out kuya sherwin :-)
That's your fiend's,Gavin, favourite serve :)
Can you pls make the video about the following: they teach us underspin pendulum serve by having racket flat BUT when you see Chinese players UNDERSPIN serve replay- they racket is pointed DOWN on contact. Can you explain that please!
Post a video on how to do backhand topspin against chopping
This is exactly what I wanted...
Parang kay fan zhendong. Sir pag gawa ka ng vid po nito, try mo rin po sa 2 rubber, yung sa pang malakasan saka sa budget rubber po. Salamat.
You should loop chops with your forehand. All professional players use the forehand against choppers.Only Schlager and Kreanga looped against choppers with the backhand.
How to return such serve?
tankyu po nakatulong po saakin may laban kasi ako 😅😅
Aba kaylangn manalo k nyan.
aa nga eh
Easy
2:53 I cant see your serve! :)
24 Frames/Sec fr thi it’s illegal
For shure)) Illegal!
Yep. I tought same
Wouldn't a long serve with a high arch like this get an open attack by the good opponent straight away? 😛
Off course good player win attack that but if can manage to short then its difficult.
I would have gone for a back hand flick
Is it legal to have the same colored rubber?
I think that's legal, even when you put black and red, your opponent don't have idea what kind of rubber that u used right? As long as u not put pimples rubber on it. For sure u can see at www.ittf.com/handbook/
It's illegal. And players have the right to inspect each other's racket before the match.
1:37 and 2:49 are hidden serves, maybe its just camera angle. But good tips anyway.
下旋遮擋
Show it fast down line please
Wait my next video i will do all my serve slow motion
@@sherwinremata thank you

Nope i use this serve in the World tt Champion in Dusseldorf umpire never call me a fault serve. 🏓
Dont you have to throw the ball straight up?
@@rbdel yes you need to throw the ball straight up maybe slightly curve.
@@sherwinremata , hiding the ball is illegal.
It is legal
