Actually, the C6 Z06 was all motor (I have a 2010). The Z06 wasn't supercharged from the factory until the C7 in 2015. He mentioned the car was bumped from the stock 505hp to 650hp originally so he probably had it supercharged and changed the badge to the "supercharged" ones then. Later, when he replaced the supercharger with the twin turbo setup, I would guess he just left the badges as is.
