The dressing was listed as Black Peppercorn dressing. I only remember because I said to myself "self", I'd get that but ask for ranch on the side and not black peppercorn.
I was thinking I would have got the beef egg rolls, the other soup that was like Minestrone and for the entree 1/2 order of Speg. Carb.
Dee's entree was an Emeril option and thought it sounded good even though I can eat sausage or shrimp. I'd order the same dessert Dee did. The banana pie did look really good.
Been going to the Solmar properties (3) every year for over 20 years. There’s another one up the hill straight instead of to the left. The incline is real, ya’ll! 😂 The third is up the Pacific coast a little bit. Have to take a taxi. None of the beaches are swimmable but who cares! They are all beautiful and the people are wonderful. The food and drinks are always great. Thx so much for visiting there and bringing exposure to the best of Cabo! ❤🎉

When you see a line like that in Cabo for the tenders walk up to the bar near the entrance (close to the tenders) and have a drink or two while you wait for the line to clear out. Why wait in line when you can sit at the bar!
Tequila that close to the camera gives me a flashback to sleeping on the bathroom floor in a college dorm. 😂

I love this resort! The food and drinks look so yummy and it seems quiet and not a lot of ppl. On my list for Summer 2025.

As much as I’m enjoying this trip I’m already looking forward to your next trip because you had to film and admit that you were already on your next cruise, going to the Panama Canal! I cannot wait for that series because I so enjoyed the Panama Canal and all the other stops along the way. Costa Rica was my favorite, Jamaica was my daughters favorite. Can’t wait to see what you guys get into.

That tender ticket process for heavy D/P cruises is NUTS, they REALLY need to work on that. I heard the digital disembarkation process is going well, mostly, maybe they can work on something similar for the heavy D/P cruises for tender tickets.
Cabo also has a Costco.
Nice place and it looked very comfy and clean. Did you ever get a picture of the beach area there? I was waiting for you to walk over to the end of the pool area and give us a view of the ocean. 😢

It’s about half a mile, we’d say. Maybe allow 15 minutes for casual strolling though there’s more downhill on the way back to the tender!! :P

WOW! How fun to see the resort now! We spent our honeymoon there 28 years next month when it was called the Solmar Suites before it got totally ruined by a hurricane and they revamped the whole place. Thanks for sharing! May need to go back for the AI next April off of the Panorama!

QUESTION: Did you feel that you got your monies worth, .... $109.00 dollars for the time you spent and the overall product, i.e., "Food, included Resort stuff, alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks, etc.," ..... and would you do it again??
