Its when someone is racist in a way that they think they should pity or be more kind to someone of a particular race simply because of their race. Like if a black kid goes to a white kids house and the white kids mom washes his clothes and gives him food to take home because she assumes he is dirty and malnourished. Its just a description of non-hateful racism, its actually kind of what nuka Zeus is doing tbh.
I'd argue that there is reverse racism, but it's not discriminating against whites, but rather things like race quotas for school admission and any other thing that isn't directly discriminatory, but unfairly favors someone only based on race.
