Wrestling may be scripted, staged, and choreographed (I'm not gonna say fake). But that doesn't mean it doesn't hurt. People think that a wrestling ring is soft like a trampoline. L only wish that were true. No man, the ring ain't like a trampoline. A wrestling ring, especially in the WWE, is made up of plywood with a sheet covering it. You can still get hurt for real in wrestling if you botch a move. The goal in Pro Wrestling is to make the audience believe that you are hurting your opponent without actually hurting him which used to be known as Kafaybe when everything looked believable. But lemme tell ya something, if you make one wrong move in the ring and your career could end before it even started. And I will be one of many to tell you that while the punches and kicks aren't real, the bumps sure feel quite real to me. A lot of big-name superstars and legends will tell you that it sure feels quite real and many had to end their careers early because of that. Mick Foley would probably be the first one to tell you that. I'm sure being thrown off a 20 feet high Hell in a Cell cage onto a wooden announce table that got crushed under his weight would not feel very nice. He did have some real injuries from it. He dislocated his jaw and shoulder from that fall, and then he went back up for more. Falling through the cage wasn't even supposed to happen, it wasn't planned or part of the script at all, Foley was so heavy at the time that the chainlink beneath him gave way and he fell through, and knocked out a tooth. At the same time, Undertaker who was his opponent at the time had suffered a real life broken foot. Foley also took ten shots to the head from a steel chair at full force from the Rock, and Foley didn't even cover himself to protect himself from the shots like most people do, and he also literally lost his ear in a match. Now he can barely walk. A lot of legends had to retire due to spinal injuries. Edge, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Sting, Paige, Ravishing Rick Rude, Kurt Angle, Shawn Michaels (Though he came back in 2002), Hulk Hogan. Droz the third Road Warrior actually became paralyzed during a match in the WWE. Even John Cena broke his neck. Of course Cena being tough as shit literally got up and walking around with a bandaid on immediately after getting a spinal fusion. Triple H tore both Quad Tendons on two separate occasions both times near ending his career, Vince McMahon also tore both quads in one match, Diesal had also had his fair share of tendon tear injuries which shortened his career. I actually suffered a knee injury last spring during a match, I got bone chips floating around in my knee and it put me out of action, almost in fall now, still waiting to get in to see the orthopedic surgeon. It'll be at least a whole year before I can get back into the ring again. So for all you people who like to hate wrestling "because it's fake." Of course it's fake everybody knows that, but there are times in that ring where shit can get quite real if you're not careful. We don't mean for it to be, but it sometimes happens, the ring is not soft by any means you can still get hurt for real. Think about that.

I’ve been wrestling for 21 years! I would love to work with some of people you’re training. Training is almost as fun as working a show.

The face bump is more like a sprawl without the push back.
