    Yh I tucked my chin to early one time and gave my self whiplash took me awhile to do the high back bump but now I’m good

      Ouch! Yup, the old dreaded double-tap skull on the mat can be very painful.

    At 43 when I came back to do it I was surprised it didn’t hurt like I imagined like it would. The bump is no big deal….. But all these other little things like my big toe, my knees say hold up.

      Yessir. It is sort of like riding a bike. Your body remembers how.
      Now, knees, toes, elbows, shoulders, etc. that's a different story.
      The shock of a bump radiates outward to every part of your body, when you hit the mat.
      We must take care of our bodies when we are younger, so it is a bit easier to do, when we are older. 😉
