    Positive affirmations are such a key component in creating positivity for ourselves. They have shown to boost our motivation, confidence, and self-esteem. What a great tool you're using! Thanks for the great info! :)

      Thank you so much! I’ve never used them like this before but they really help I’m learning so much on this course it’s so inspiring and it’s great because I’m doing the work and seeing the results x

    Please can you do a video on how you manage not to nap with your cfs? Or how you actually pace to avoid napping/to feel better?
