  • In this video you will see how productive my starfruit tree is, and how I use the fruits to make a delicious starfruit juice.
Welcome to my channel, Our Tropical Soil, where you can learn more about growing food in the tropics.
Fruit trees overall are abundant producers, however, starfruit beats many in productivity. The trees branches become laden with fruit. The weight bends them over to the point that the leaves and fruits are brushing the ground. As you harvest the starfruits one by one the branches slowly return to their normal shape. What is a girl to do with such an abundance of fruit? Make juice of course!

Nicely done, like the new style with this type of content, also enjoyed the way you used to explain different things for different fruit trees..

Hello from Fort Lauderdale. I found your channel through one of John's old videos. I have a container garden at home, and I also do some guerilla gardening in some of my favorite hangout spots.

I like it but I like the old style more. Where you show everything and explain stuff.👍🏻

Are they sweet? Hey how long do the starfruit seeds stay good for germination? Thanks

Yes they are sweet and I am not sure how long they would stay good to germinate. I think as long as the fruit is fresh it should germinate totally fine. Once you remove the seed then I would suggest planting it quickly. I am not sure of its germination rates after the seed dries.
