I have never worked in an office where I wasn't bullied until I left. These places remind me of high school. It is a shame more managers don't self reflect and learn from videos such as yours.

Sorry to hear that. I often joke that my personal purpose is to "make work not suck" and changing the nature of managers is a large part of that.
