Honda ST1300 Air Filter Change

How to change the air filter on a Honda ST1300. Changing the air filter on a ST1300 isn't too difficult but obviously not as simple as most motorcycle air filters can be. First of all, it is under the top fuel tank and there doesn't seem to be an easy way to access it. There are a few tricks to gaining access to this filter but I explain them all (I hope).
