And how are Gen Z supposed to buy a home when the MAJORITY of us make around 31-38k a year? The problem is you people only market yourselves to the top 20% of earners in my generation and completely ignore the needs and of others.

Thank you for commenting, there’s no doubt affordability can be a factor to homeownership. Good news, there are many new low to moderate income loan programs available today that may help future home buyers buy.

They will be fine. Millennials had worse. We came of age when no jobs were available and no credit was available. There were no government programs to help us either.
