This is the Introduction to David Godman’s book BeAsYouAre, which is beautifully edited Talks of Ramana Maharashi.. It is followed by a later chapter in the book I recorded sometime ago called “Visions And Psychic Powers”. The first chapters of BeAsYouAre are already available for listening in other audios on the Medicine of One Channel.

His evolution from Nirvilkapa samadhi to Sahaja samadhi was in such a short period of time, his efforts in his past lives near Mt Arunchala must have been monumental.
His cancer at the end of his life was a manifestation of divine compassion, that compelled him to use the austerity of: karmic transferrence, to accelerate the spiritual evolutionary trajectory of his more evolved devotees.
