Ferrari just signed the most accomplished F1 driver of all time, what’s insane about that other than the fact they somehow pulled it off? This will be a test on both sides. If Lewis underperforms at Ferrari while leclerc shines, we can see if he really is past his prime. If both of them do poorly, it shows that no matter who is driving that car, it can’t keep up with the other top teams. I love sainz, but if it’s between his 3 wins and Lewis’s 7 WC, it’s not even close in the slightest.

The "tension" between Max and Carlos at TR is so overblown. It was between their fathers, and considering how Jos has been acting lately by stirring up trouble within RB, I wouldn't be surprised if it all originated from him as mind games to diminish the Sainz side of the garage. William's isn't a sister team to Merc, like VCRB/Alpha Tauri has been to Red Bull. They've made deals in the past cause it was advantageous to both and William's having a Mercedes engine made transitions easier, but that's as far as it goes. They could do a similar deal as they did with Russel, but it's looking like Vowles is sticking to a long term team rehab plan and so he'll want the ability to hold onto a young driver that shows promise rather than being a reserve driver team.

If there was no cap i'd say Audi would be the best option, they in theory could just throw money at the problem until it was fixed, Mercedes style, however, this is actually a tougher decision.

Well, he switched from Renault to Mclaren in 2019, despite Mclaren being one of the worst teams in 2017 and 2018 (same for Sauber now) and suddenly 2019 was a better year for Mclaren. Of course, being kicked out from Ferrari seems like a massive downgrade in his career rn but I think that Sauber-Audi partnership has a good potential and it would be a massive brain moment for Sainz to do what Niko Hulkenberg just did.

Perez struggling in a Red Bull that's beginning to show weakness makes Verstappen look like a miracle worker when he puts it on pole, takes a win or a podium. Only reason the current number one team in F1 is sticking with a driver with such an erratic form. Any other of tge big teams would replace a driver with such form at the earliest opportunity

Sadly this yet again proves a point I've been saying for awhile now.
These young driver programs are costing established drivers a chance.
Even after proving their skills in a top team, they aren't wanted else where, as everywhere else is trying to find room for their next Lewis, Vettel or Max.
Don't get me wrong, it's a good thing for young drivers to get a chance to show what they can do but unless your in a driver program, you need to be very lucky or accept your in the mid pack at best.

Then 24 hour race at the Nürburgring an Audi driver pushed another car off the track by forcing a third car into that one and in the end, after the race was ended early and just 7 hours and 23 minutes of driving they cried in happynes because they won.
Also many more years in DTM before.
And Audi drivers out on the road. They don't use their turn signals, think they own the road and everyone not driving an Audi is "poor" or otherwise "worthless" to them because they think their car is the best, yet I totally destroy them around every corner in my f***ing daily without even trying to "race" them...

Sainz is performing at a high level now with multiple wins in the last 2 years and the only man until very recently to win and he’s stuck without a great seat for next year…meanwhile Perez remains at redbull despite functioning at an obviously lower level than Sainz currently and teams like Aston keeping lance on rather than snapping up Sainz…
Alonso and Sainz would be a cohesive and very strong pairing I think, it’s really laughable that stroll will have a stronger car next year than Sainz.
