Yep there are many missed out features which are obvious on that price point (around 22 lacs)...

@@AryanSingh2512. don't get me wrong, I don't think tata can implement such big hardware update in facelift. They need to start from drawing board to implement such highly complicated assistant system. No current line up of Tata car can have this even if they wanted to. They need something new something fresh. and I fear we are long long away from that. ( A thought - tata is doing r&d for automatic for altroz since 2020 and there is no chance of it coming in 2021,yes tata launched a premium city car without automatic and it's been 1 years 🙏🏻 thanku tata)

The same problem (corner speeding) was with earlier models of Tesla which actually was the main reason for their Automation failure, but they now, have fixed that by installing few more cams on sides of the car. Hoping Mahindra will improve that too...
Their autodrive is what's saving them. Once we get that too, their potential future in India, is officially DEAD.
@@acharya8959 ...[Batteries too] moreover Their current Automation is the result of years of R&D and AI data... It will take time for Indian manufacturers to get at that point...and until then Tesla would have reached to another level compared to present.
Not just cameras they have to work more on their deep learning algorithms.
Hopefully they will continue this project further .

How the vehicle apprehend at which distance the exact turn after giving turn indicator as input, as it is not taking inputs from GPS?
So I think it’s not fully autonomous but it will surely prevent head on collision in the same lane. Which is commendable from Indian manufacturer.

Does this apply emergency brakes even while accelerating or only during adaptive cruising ?
On any condition cruise on and off both
In case you are cruising manually or coasting. If you tap pedal after car detect obstacle, braking will not happen as you have given different command to car.

thank you Gangan..Does ADAS detect speed breakers/potholes and adjust speed/break? Through the demo i could not make it out clearly.
Are you planning to use ADAS features in city gullies and villages roads 😂😂🤣. I am sure it will not detect speed breaker because most of the speed breaker in our cities have no markings.

Dont you think if we claim ADAS to be supported in bumper to bumper/city driving then questions will be asked on breakers/potholes? Anyways happy with this overall ADAS features and wish it becomes mainstream soon
@@raj27481 it follows a vehicle . So will be useful in stop n go traffic . But it might be problematic in AT transmission because when it stops I don’t think it will put the car in Neutral mode which is actually needed .
@@raj27481 As I already said that it will not detect our indian speed breaker, nor potholes.
The ADAS feature in demonstration was ACC. In ACC the speed of the vehicle is controlled as the vehicle detects objects. Objects are cars, trucks, pedestrians, motorcycles etc.
Also ACC is not really a smart feature for stop and go traffic but mainly useful for highways. Some OEMs have tweaked ACC for such stop and go traffic conditions example Honda’s ACC with LSF feature.

Hi Gagan, does the m&M ADAS and emergency braking work only in cruise control mode or regular driving conditions too??
Try the cruise control with one bike between your car and car you follow. Let the bike jump in randomly between both objects. Then see if it works or not . Most of time we drive in City area with trafic where two wheeler jumps in from no where.

If automatic breaking system will work on speed 50-60 . It will Better if you lay a separate camera on dashboard for easy watch all notification for us.

2. Say in mannual varient i m i have put the car in at 50 on cruise control and the car infront of me stop so will my mannual car automatically stop or will I have to intervene ?
Lets appreciate their efforts to make such advanced products in india for india.
it doesn't slow down on indicator because we use indicators to change lanes as well.
may be they need to tweak something like detecting over steering to slow down on sharp turns.

Is there any adas related difference between Ax7 automatic vs ax7 luxury automatic eg that bumper to bumper or crawling features?
I use this so much in Astor. It’s unbelievably accurate and you can’t imagine how useful it is. You really need to use it at least once to know how amaz this tech is.
