Hi Gagan, Big fan of yours. I am having AX7 Petrol Automatic. I know for sure, Android Auto has come. Anyone who have not got it, needs to contact service center to get the update. Same way, Battery drainage issue is also resolved. I do not see anyone complaining about it anymore post the software update. Thought of updating you...

Thanks for informing. This is a bit old video. Also, I found many owners are noe complaning about Silverbox issues. Service centers are also not trained enough to open dashboard and fit it back smoothly.

@@GaganChoudhary Yes, many service centre technicians are not completely versed with this car. However, I see they usually engage Mahindra Engineers when such issues come. I think it will take another six months atleast to get well conversant. End of the day, the car itself is awesome, and that is the most important thing. Once you drive this car, you'll eventually fall in love.

I have AX7 L diesel variant and I have recently received 2 software updates which includes android and bug fixing. Now the system works quite well

Gagan Bhai can you post a video on some real off-roading conditions with XUV 7OO AWD. Mahindra hasn't stated nor shown much (obstacles in MSPT can be covered even with an Alto) about it's capabilities off the road.
Off-roading conditions:- Rock, mud, gravels, axle articulation, slush, slippery incline and decline, sand, water wading etc.

Hi bro, Android auto is available now, the hissing from speaker is resolved and battery drain issue is also rectified through software update. If any owners are reading this please follow up with your dealers for the update.
Many owners have reported issues with Silverbox as well.
@@GaganChoudhary sir I think it has been rectified. I thoroughly follow team-bhp articles and ownership thread. May be some cars out there have the issue but Mahindra is rectifying them quickly. Btw big fan sirr ❤️

android auto update has come and I got it downloaded on my car a week ago but carplay is still pending also battery drain issue is there and u need to send ur car to the service center to get it fixed however now it has been fixed I guess cause my car which is Jan 22 variant doesn't have that issue

Issues faced in my xuv700 petrol ax7 model :
1) Gear issue : gear shifting pretty hard (for shifting the gears from 1st to 2nd gear and reverse also.)
2) rattle noise from roof and some minor rattles from windows (facing this before completing 1000km itself. Currently at 5,500 km approx
3) After starting the car , there js loud noise from radio that too kharrrrr kharrr , then i have to mute untill i click on music ,
4) infotainment system doesnt remember the previous settings like if we played music from bluetooth or usb it will not remember any setting not even the audio settings like bass , trebble which we have changed . And will reset itself and the next time it reopens again from the radio with high volume.
5) I have silver colour , and if you have booked silver pls cancel it right away , it is the ugliest colour available. I still regret . Only blue, midnight blue and white look premium.
Colour krwa lo bhai sahi colour ho jati hai after market even better than factory colour

We have noticed that our one but top model XUV700 manual petrol steering makes a lot of creaking noise,if it is fully turned on either side.Pls check your vehicle for this problem.Anil Saxena

It is not rigid, metal nahi hai it is plastic. So it is not dangerous for pedestrians, only used for avoiding scratches and scuffs. so yes, seems legal

Sir I had a question my father is buying xuv700 diesel ax7 luxury 2wd and I am suggesting him hyundai tucson 2022 (upcoming) because tucson will be 4-5lakhs more expensive and it will get delivered faster and its engine is more powerful than xuv700 not on paper but talking about driving experience the punch of the tucson is great our budget is under 35lakhs so what do you recommend?

Battery drain issue is there, the very next day of delivery the battery was down, got the battery replaced.

Thank you Gagan Bhai for sharing this. I'm planning to buy XUV 700 or Crysta. My father says Crysta because it is reliable and doesn't prefer XUV. I say XUV because it has more features and Crysta is outdated, overpriced, has less features and Reliability is not everything in this world. I say Mahindra will develop and support Indian vehicles. Whoever is reading this,, what are your thoughts??
Please don't buy crysta . I had a talk with this driver who has old Innova since 7-8 years and he says crysta is not as good as old Innova it's more rigid and ain't smooth in driving as much as old Innova. May be for him long drives are the cause for such review , consider your purpose. But that's his opinion. You choose what suits your driving style . My neighbour has crysta AT 2019 model and i drove it 2-3 times i felt it to be stiff on turns but lot of power though . I don't know about XUV no experience there, crysta might be better than XUV on drive comfort may be but idk.Take a test drive or two or drive it more before you plunge your money .at the end of the day we should to be happy with our choices . just my personal view.

@@ducatimultistradav4850 hey hi. I'd say go for xuv700. I have both of them and i also tried out crysta and took a lot oof inside info. Crysta isn't as good as the previous one...and as you said its outdated and overpriced a lot. Xuv on the other hand is more VFM. Now safari and xuv if you want more space in the 3rd row then go for safari but to be honest the difference is negligible between the two. Safari has more road presence for sure but Xuv excels in all the areas. Best of luck for new car dear
