For the bigfoot test turns out if you have at least 3 on your build you already optimize the cheetah's engine perk. This wasn't a scientific test or something I just checked the frames and looked which one charged faster.

@@burningsamrai3681 they are great until everybody in your lobby knows your running them and they keep chasing you. Imo they could use the defensive movement feature the annihilator drones have. They group together to much. I'll try different combo's next time
@@JBRider My build is weird, Tempest, Miller, Owl combo, and it works for some reason, besides the fact that I have a fuel tank next to a gas gen lol.

2 falcons, 2 borers, small tracks, cheetah and growl cab is 1 of my all time greatest grinders great fun easy to play no aim just drive
I'm not sure, but I think the cabin bonus on drones only applies when they are deployed at the time of the bonus working, so with the Howl you need to sneak up to enemies, wait for the perk and then deploy them. So Jannabi or Aggressor might be more useful.

Good stuff man, love this sort of video. I’ve gotten into MechWarrior Online recently to scratch my big fightin’ machine itch, but your Crossout content is always worth a watch. Also goddamn all drones should have a target lock like the Annhilator does
One of your best episodes in the series so far...i loved it!..thing for me is...if played wright those drones can be a real pain in the bum...hehe..as you showed us!!...someway i always end up in a pool with other drone players when i deside to run my dronebuild....wierd!..thanks for sharing and keep it up JB!

I dunno if it's mentioned anywhere but they specifically target the cabin, so shooting off parts or weapons is often difficult with them.
At least they provide a good defense against other drones, mines, turrets, etc.
That is why i like fuze anaconda combo, because the fuzes might go for the cabin but do explosion damage and if they go for hover cabin they might get directly under the hover, the Anaconda targets the runners ;-)
I used to use a duo falcon and duo cobra in a tusk build that was a lot of fun.
Also i think i still have in exhibition a drone quirky build i used for adventure mode, it was called "Heavy Rain" i think. Its an high ps thing, but it was fun to use.
Sending the seal clubber to the shadow realm was amazing 👏.

By small builds, were ammo is hard to protect, and by bigger too, I build ammo in with a Rift (or how this detache modul named) and cut the ammo when enemies shoot me to much or I am near or under the Limit for default ammo of the kannon.
This save me a lot.
Maybe try building the drone platforms on a ridiculously tall stack of passthrough parts😆… some guy was running a drone tower like that and doing decent support

I have my drones max for durability. The fact that drones only target cabins makes it easier to find who to attack that doesn't have their cabins hidden well. Those are who I got for the most.

I enjoy drones. I have a build on PC called "That Drone Guy" using sidekicks. I just wish the Genesis mod added more "ammo" than it currently does.

Not far enough in to the game with all necessary parts to try it. But i Reckon fused turret drones with a Muunin cab and shield could be viable; obv. using the shield to keep turrets alive whilst the cab is giving them their damage increase for full effect!?
Buggy wheels also works
I've only been able to make one build work and it's a hybrid with 2 blues 1 purple that shoots rockets and the legendary one all running together. The legendary slows em down focuses attention while the rocket knocks open gaps and the machine gun ones go for the cab.
I crafted a cyan one and a purple one for the next video see how that works out
I went back and tried the build after a couple years now. Had to change a couple things around for mass. I'm good and I couldn't get off the bottom of the scoreboard. That's with using others as fodder and ramming the whole bit. I can make it survive to the end when the teams good but it just crumbles when they know your there.
And I'm all fused out running 10k 6 bigfoots cheetah doppler
This reason right here's why I want crossplay to share the builds with everyone.
i think the jannabi drift cabin boosts the damage of turrets for sure and i believe drones too

Needs a buff to durability. Not damage.
now correct me if im wrong but also the thing with drones being their own entity is any cabins n such that give them a damage buff janabi, cockpit etc apply when u deploy the drone so u only need to be drifting when u drop em and theyll have the damage bonus for the entire duration vs drifting as much as possible while theyre active

In mobile drones are game changers... turret drone with flamethrower enemy run away as soon as they saw it.
Drones definitely need buffed, in looking at you annihilators 👀 They seem underwhelming since they get destroyed fast and don't do much damage. The only decent drone is the Yaogai but only at low PS.
Yeah, they need a serious buff. Just more durability.
Cant wait to see your opinion on the new update.. they made a lot of unnecessary changes, but I'll admit the graphics look amazing
Very mixed for now but i need to play more and not just jump to conclusions. Yeah graphics look nice unfortunately they used normal 1080 textures and not 4k i think. Things are not as sharp and clean.
Drones and bots always try to target cabin so even if an enemy have one gun lest and no weels he will still kill you, that is a problem, if drone targeting were more random it might help the droner.

falcon i know very well those. the best use 3 differend cabs can help with perks the call people usually choices so for dmg with aggressor does help more dmg base on stacks and jannabi cab while drift launch drones. highly recomment bigfoots wheels and cheetah for charge faster almost all drones charge base. downside is co-driver falcon cannot work few drones. drones does help shot from get off kapkan or drones off but cannot shot projetiles
I’ve found the negative reaction people have to drones to be strange. They’re generally one of the weakest weapon types and choosing them usually puts the user at a disadvantage, yet some opponents still get mad when seeing them.
Why would you be mad at an opponent who’s making things easier for you? You should save it for meta and full stacked clans abusing the matchmaking system.
I think it’s an unfounded bias left over from the grenadier meta from 3 years ago, the last time the drone weapon category was decent.
I think most people are mad having them on their own team, never saw opponents complaining. Especailly with those annoying time wasters running Fuzes when the whole team is gone already.
I am a new-ish player (joined early May) and I despise drones for the most part. Most droners don’t know how to make a good drone build and prove detrimental to their own team. Another is just that droners are annoying to chase down and drag out matches for unnecessary amounts of time only to get very low scores.
You neglected to mention/use the robot drone codriver. While you might not be able to use the perk with hover drones, the other bonuses are worth having anyway.

I really hope they do this crossplay... The main reason I say Xbox is gonna be hard is because we play the same guys over and over and we've tried all the builds. Y'all have a bigger population so you don't see the same guys as much as we do. Clan wars we'll see but as far as missions it's gonna be crazy. On Xbox there's teams at every ps farming it's not easy for anyone.
I play on Xbox as well. You're right about all that 😅 also, since the new update, I can't turn off Vsync anymore. So my game runs at 25 fps on the One X :/ that's literally unplayable for me

i want them to fix jubokkos, theyre super fun but at any powerlevel they underperform and theres no modules or anything that benefit them other than claw wheels
Iirc quantum perk actually works too, and with jubs you can reliably use it. 4x jub or 3x with kapkans and or modules of choice.

I have a special build that I use in CW that could make yours completely Useless. Multiple Disconectors and a Cheta with Bigfoots.

Falcon and hawk player here. They are barely playable since shotguns has been meta for ever and now MGs are good again. Totally unplayable imo. Imma king mine player nowadays. 3 mines + 1 kapcan at 6k ps = derp and hate mail.
not enough time to go thru more than 6 drones pur match. less micros neeeded.

Drone are not that great too much counter to them and easy to deal with them. I hate when there are 2-3 different drone players 😒 on my team they died so fast and leave us with a 3v6

I think drones are fair, I don't get the hate. Machine guns is the mindless easy mode, and seal clubbers, some droners are terrible people, wait for the team to die then run a drone hit run for us waiting for garage. They can be abused. Or good backup to a relic with a crutch? I'm not hanging up up my grenader drone, however I'm chasing enemies with a hawk in flight and Emily screaming "stop hurting my friends!" Lol Crossout is so much fun. I hated free to play. Now I have access to better stuff I see how bringing the biggest weapons to bully boots is not a mark on me. Blowing up doesn't bother me as much. I came to play you can win the match. Peices.
