Nice video. One thing I do try to also include is a pocket hiking / survival kit on my person as an additional layer. I have an example on my channel, but it is just usable gear incase I were seperated from my bag. Good video though, have a great day.

I have a slightly different view of the zombie apocalypse. I think it is just 5 minutes away. It is a storm that takes out power for a week. An earthquake that takes down the qrid. Perhaps a cyberattack that could do the same Hurricane, flash flood. There are any number of disasters possible at any time.
All our modern day toys are going to be useless if we get a regional power disruption.
My edc is a 4 lb belt kit. 6" kukri, crank flashlight, Gerber multi tool, emergency space blanket, heavy aluminum foil, 3 trash bags, lighter, altoids char tin, light cloth hunting gloves, several vacuum seal zip lock bags, paracord, and bankline. My compas is on a necklace.

Squirrels, the extra bags are for squirrels. Squirrel stew, squirrel chowder, squirrel gumbo, barbecue squirrel, squirrel sandwiches....that's about it.
