as a hmong person who has forgotten how to speak hmong this helps a lot 🥰🥰 thank you so much!!
Awesome, thanks for sharing. 😃
I like how you keep telling people that everything is easy. I got used to teachers telling their students they’re not good enough and that they have to put in more effort.
Oh wow! Thanks so much for that feedback! How true though.. No one responds well to being told their not good enough. We all could improve in something, but we’ve also worked hard to get where we are too! 👍😄
Ua tsaug rau cov lus qhia kom hais cov tsiaj ntawv Hmoob! Kuv yog ib tug neeg / pej xeem uas yog Hmoob tab sis tsis hais lus hmoob tiag. Ua tsaug!
Starting my journey so I can connect better with my extended family.

Hi Sarah! I have a language partner in China who is willing to teach me Hmong, but she knows Red Hmong. How different is that from what you are teaching? Thank you : )
green hmong is the closest to white hmong. red hmong might have some mutual understanding but it's different.
Good stuff
Thanks so much! :D
Riveting explainations! :D
“Riveting” Lol. I love it. Thanks so much! 😃

As I go through this, I keep seeing "ww" as a double vowel, but it isn't referenced here. Is there a reason its passed over?
it's probably in green hmong. the instructor is great but she didn't mention that there are two dialects of this branch of hmong: white and green.
1:44 it’s says “mon go” So I think I cleared this challenge
I also could read the Japanese, but not the Thai? which I believe to be the middle one.
i can't access the pateron as of 4-24-18

I’m Hmong.......
😢Im Hmong But its LIKE TO THW MAX HARD FOR ME... my mom says its easy but I have a really hard time speaking it
Hmong do not use thai alphabet or lao alphabet in their writing system. It is latin alphabets.
Are you a hmong?
What? Hmong is easy? I’ve always found it hard to learn.
Don’t get me wrong, every language has it’s challenges when learning it. But I have found Hmong to be consistent (for example the pronunciation of a vowel will never change, unlike English) and the Roman script is easy to learn for an English speaker. :D Thanks for your interest in Hmong!
You're beautiful. I want to marry you
