    Ingredients:
    * 1 pk chowmein noodles
    * 4 tbsp vegetable oil
    * 1 onion, sliced
    * 1 pk carrot,shredded
    * 5 small pepper, sliced
    * 1 cup cabbage, shredded
    * 2 tbsp smoked paprika
    * 4 tbsp soy sauce
    * 4 tbsp hoisin sauce
    * Salt and pepper to taste
    Instructions:
    * Cook chowmein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside ( or refrigerate overnight)
    * In a wok or large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
    * Add sliced onions and peppers and Sauté until aromatic.
    * Add cooked chowmein noodles to the wok.
    * Pour soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil over the noodles. Toss everything together until well combined.
    * Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    * Continue stir-frying until the noodles are heated through and coated with the sauce.
    * Serve hot and enjoy your Guyanese chowmein!
    * Feel free to customize with your favorite protein or additional veggies.
