An excellent lesson of history, you have an really clean editing style, nice work dude.
It's nice to see this kind of reaction after so many weeks of work!
@@ancientsight do you have videos from earlier periods on other channels?
@@ZachRULES96 No, I have a french secondary channel with a few videos but nothing outside of this historical period
Great video with clear explanations and cool animations, good job !
Thanks a lot !
This kind of comment encourages us enormously!
This channel is exactly what I needed
And that's the magic of youtube algorithm
I'm so glad one my discord mates showed your channel. Quite an underated channel
A great video with great pronunciation 😁, looking forward to more
Great video, underrated channel!

I wish you all the best for having success with these videos.
In the meantime in going to watch all the other ones - what a shame i only discovered this channel now.

@@ancientsight ok I look forward to your reply - Thank you
It is called Poseidon by Ben Hayden
@@ancientsight KING. Thank you
👍👍👍
What program do you use for your maps?
I use Adobe Photoshop. If you look for free alternatives for your project, Gimp and Paint.net will also get the job done.
@@ancientsight thank you!!
Alexander severus Is underrated. .if he lived longer , sassanid could be destroyed
Gallienus: Let me destroy it if I restored Rome in 280AD... I will sack the way to Gedorsia!
3:22 In 221 years later, Anthemius was lived long to see himself was another Decius......
RIP TRAJANVS DECIVS (201-251)
carus was hit by lightning
Indeed that is one of the possibilities but that is not certain.
First
Diocletian put a pause on the crisis of the 3rd century, After he retired, the crisis continued. You need to re-edit this video to add the trumpet sound effects for each usurpation/elevation/promotion/coronation and add the crown icon. I think the crisis began earlier than 222, with the elevation of Commodus, the gladiator emperor.
I may reedit the 3 Diocletian videos in one later. This one is getting old
For me, the Marcommanic wars under Marcus Aurelius were already a precursor to the crisis
@@ancientsight That's fine too
Diocles is a Greek name.
I agree
@@John-PaulHunt-kx2ee Diocles means fame of Zeus, Κλέος του Διός. It is a Greek name. Learn Greek before commenting on ancient Rome or ancient Greece, it will raise your understanding from 10% to 90%.
