SUP stroke technique video analysis by Jeff Chang and Robert Stehlik.
We analyze video from our last Stand Up Paddleboard racing clinic on Oahu.
We watch video of Brad Feldman and Sean Sweet paddling and try to break down their strokes and break down their stroke technique. They are both seasoned paddlers and have good technique but there are always small things you can work on to make your stroke more efficient.
