I believe poor management and an underdeveloped league is the reason we loose all these fantastic talents. A developmental approach should have been taken. Atleast 50% of the under 17 team should be promoted to the under 20s and not having a brand new team. We are the most successful under17 team in the world but we dont have a single under 20 world cup trophy. Moreso this players should be guided in the type of deals they sign with foreign clubs. Some just sign 6 or 7 years with some club in a deserted European or north African country all in the name of playing abroad and their careers end there. We still have a lot to do to develop our football. Always having to convince players of dual nationality isnt cool and will cause internal decay.

Check out the prize money for winning World Cup or senior tournaments versus this junior tourneys Nigeria dominates. Now tell me who is playing or deceiving who.
The fact that this dominance is not translated to senior level tells you something is wrong and their is a disconnect somewhere.

Take a look at these Polished young talented players, fast and energetic, nobody even see them again. This Country supposed have won the world cup for couple of times by now. Shut the fuck up these boys were actually young look at their faces .They are not as old as you lead on .You can't do that now ,you will be found out if you use overaged players, cause they use MRI .The major reason we don't do well in senior categories is that those boys disperse in search of greener pastures, develop and adapt a different systems(European systems ) .It's begining to affect Brazil and other south Americans as well .Most and core of their players are in Europe unlike before that most of their player remain in their country . You can't always beat Europeans at their brand of football .As witnessed the four semi fanalists in the last world cup were European countries .It's a different ball game in the youth game where the philosophy is mostly that of the respective countries .
