What is a Week Start in Lean?

Week starts is a daily stand up with more room for the supervisors to discuss performance and generate/monitor improvement ideas. Supervisors steer the week starts towards aspects of quality, productivity and improvements. The week starts was designed as a weekly team meeting, where team members enter into discussion with each other out of the chain and different departments. The week starts take between 30 and a maximum of 45 minutes.
