  • In this video, my brother and I review a DEPSTECH DS580 Triple Lens Borescope, 5'' IPS Screen Inspection Camera, 1080P HD Endoscope Camera with Light, Split Screen, 16.5ft Flexible Gooseneck Snake Camera, 7.9mm Scope Camera. Here is a link to the camera if you wish to purchase one; www.amazon.com... . I highly recommend this camera.
I like a lot of the features on this camera, especially the split screen.... It would be nice to be able to turn camera B an C on at the same time, like you can with A and B or A and C. I did email Depstech to give them feedback on that.
One issue was it came with a defective memory card.... with hundreds of millions of them made, no doubt a bad one will be made now and then. I think that was one of those. A new memory card formatted in the camera and it worked flawlessly. Note, the files are AVI, which is fine if you have a PC, but if you have a Mac, then you need an app to convert the "video" files from AVI to MP4, so you can use the files in iMovie and what not on your Mac. If you don't need to upload video files, then don't worry about it. The "still photos" upload and work great on both the PC and Mac! Also it docent seem to record sound.... unless I just don't know how to do that on this camera yet.
Over all, I give this inspection scope five stars out of five. I'm extremely happy with it, plus it comes in a really nice case!

Saw you do this review with your brother a few months ago and thought it looked really cool. I finally picked one up for a home inspection on Friday, and it’s a great camera! Can’t wait to use it on my engines too. Definitely recommend this for anyone who likes to work on engines or for DIY home repairs. Thanks for the review.

Nice video. I could use one for my dads Galaxie and around the house. I worked for SnapOn years ago and its RVI tool was over priced..Olympus makes the best unit for professional use, however crazy expensive. This looks pretty darn good. Thanks.
