I took the second class overnight train from Bangkok, Thailand to Chiang Mai, a trip of approximately 15 hours.
I hope my video helps you to understand what a second class sleeper train looks like!
In Bangkok, I heard that the cheapest way to get to Don Mueang Airport (train station) is by bus from Mo Chit station so I took the bus. However, there were traffic jams, so I think it is better to take the train in general.
I failed because I booked the train at the last minute, but if possible, it is better to book a lower seat. The reason is that you have a window and it is supposed to be a little more comfortable.
If you don't like trains, I would recommend flying as it is comfortable and fast.đ€

i love your vlog! i noticed Japanese vloggers have positive vibes all the time. can't wait to try the train going to Chiang Mai!
I loved this train so much. I had never been on a sleeper train before, and this experience made me love train travel so much. This train is very noisy, so you should take earplugs or noise-canceling earphones!
Thanks for your comment. Have a great trip!

Very good video. I love travelling by night train in Thailand in second class. Alone I would never choose firsat class. Not because of price, but because lack of privacy in first class when sharing it with somebody else.
One very little thing I am wondering about: Saw in the last time a couple of CZcams videos starting their journey at Don Mueang station? Why? Never would have the idea of doing that; I always start now at Krung Thep Aphiwat..... more realxing....
Thanks for the comment. I would love to travel by train again!
It is so relaxing and calm. I am loving your videos. âš

excuse me, how to buy the SRT ticket at the DMK? thanks a lot
I actually bought the ticket online.

So they just let the poop, toilet paper and everything scatter on the ground? đ
I guess sođ I kinda wonder how the peopleâs poops would be on the rails, tho.đ€
It was even common in Europe some time ago. In the newer carriages in Thailand it is not like this anymore.
